Ive given some conditional love and recieved some conditional love. Glad to have moved out of this space of ego and more into a heart centered space. Loving someone unconditionally, for me was a process that required a: strong sense of self, an acceptance of self, a release of the ego, a balanced solar plexus & heart chakra amongst other things. Once I was in order and in acceptance of ME, I stopped trying to control other ppl, superficially judge them, and change them. This is not something ive mastered, but it is a continually self practice. As I love myself unconditionally, I am able to love others in my life, unconditionally.
