Marinette brings home the hamster she always wanted. Adrien takes one look at them in their cage and breaks down in tears. He "can’t take the sight of the poor creature being trapped like that, with nothing but a foosball table — I mean, wheel!!! To keep them entertained!!!"

Long story short, the Tsurugi household has a hamster now.
