My spouse just made it to the top 32 of the Zelda Link to the Past randomizer main tournament 👀

He came out of qualifiers ranked 124th (120 after drop outs). It's his first time making the main tournament, second year playing. I'm so proud of him!!

#He still has imposter syndrome because he knows his execution isn't as clean as his opponents #But it's not bad either! And his knowledge of the logic and ability to read a seed is really good!#So he's able to capitalize when his opponents skip a check or when RNG doesn't work out for them #He can get burned by RNG too but he's efficient and thorough in his route so it happens a little less often than it does to his opponents #That's the key imo. You can't out-rando rando so don't try #(aka don't skip checks too early. You might be leaving behind your key item)
