My dad and I have extremely similar music tastes. Really our only differences are that he's not a huge fan of nu metal or death metal (with exceptions to both), and I think Primus is stupid (correct) while he thinks TOOL is music for insufferable jackasses (also correct). TOOL fan vs Primus fan in the same household.

#He's the one who really got me into RHCP + Stone Temple Pilots + Rage + Black Flag + etc etc #He thinks Korn is okay but he's just not a fan of Davis's voice (honestly understandable).#He really likes any sort of goth or industrial or punk in general.
