TBH, I’ve actually thought of a crossover where Larry meets Dave and they bond over the fact they have to deal with talking animals/exhibits, but genuinely care for them and wouldn’t trade them for the world.

Cut to Alvin and Jed causing chaos throughout the whole museum that drive both men to want to rip their hair out. XD

I was watching Night at the museum and i was thinking “this guy reminds me of Dave Seville” and then i thought “his story is also very similar to Mike’s”

#Having the Chipmunks meet the exhibits would actually be an interesting experience.#Like I can imagine Dave taking the boys on vacation to New York and visiting the museum #Only to end up losing them at some point and the trio getting trapped after hours.#Cut to Larry finding them at some point thinking their just new exhibits only to realize who they are and wonder how the heck they got ther #Dave is then contacted and is brought to the museum and somehow is not too surprised the museum can come to life at night #He already deals with talking chipmunks on a daily basis he can deal with talking exhibits as well.
