Direkt positiv aufgefallen ist uns dieser wahrhaftig standhafte und kernige E-Gitarren Sound, der den Track mit äußerst kräftigen und geerdeten Powerchords prägt. Doch ebenso die Vocals haben es in sich und bereichern das Arrangement mit einem sehr expressiven und transparenten Charakter, so dass sie stellenweise schon beinahe etwas perkussives enthüllen und wie ein unaufhaltsamer Strom den Hörer buchstäblich mitreißen. Als besonders raffiniert empfanden wir auch den Tempowechsel zum Refrain hin, der die die Karten gefühlt neue mischt und einen dynamischen Rhythmus erzeugt. Auch die Energie, die 'Caroline' als Ganzes zum Vorschein bringt, ist einfach genial und macht in Kombination mit den wahrhaftig virtuosen Rock Drums kurz gesagt einfach nur richtig Laune.
