Some small part of her wanted to turn to her love of romance novels and say something sweet about soulmates and whatnot... But she found that it wasn't fitting. While yes, Keigo made her soul sing, she didn't feel as if they were two halves of a whole... They were each whole in their own right, but acted as complements to one another. Harmony and melody coming together to make a beautiful song.

"There are probably some who would say they were born for their partners, who claim the whole soulmate thing... But, the entire idea of soulmates usually hinges on being halves of a whole... And I don't think that's the case. We're both whole, even if there are some parts of us that are tattered and frayed, but I think it's more akin to complementary colors... We suit one another, making each other look and feel our best."

Bella sat, ignoring the man actively attempting to get her to go home with him. Frankly, she was getting annoyed. Just as she turned to unleash a toxic barb, she saw Harmony throw a punch at him.

Her jaw went slack for a moment before she snorted and gave a loud laugh.

"Brilliant! I mean, I probably shouldn't be so excited to see you punch someone's daylights out, but y'know."

Papers stuck to her cheeks, surely coloring her skin with the ink she'd been using. Taking a slow breath, she stretched her arms, eventually peeling the paper from her face. Looking up, she offered a sheepish grin to Harmony.

"Ah... I guess I fell asleep... Thank you for the blanket. I really appreciate it!"
