SANATAN WISDOM FOR THE KALYUG
Shakti the creative energy of Shiva has manifested the entire universe and our individual human form. Whatever you experience inside our body and around us is nothing but expression of Shakti.
How this Shakti has evolved through ages?
In Satyuga it was in her full glory and humans were at peak of their evolution and Vibrant Health, Creativity, Material and Spiritual wealth was the norm.
Through the Yugas there has been gradual deterioration, contamination, and fragmentation of our energy. We have drifted from the glorious nature of our Shakti. In Kalyuga premature aging, illness, death and destruction has become the norm. The advancement in Science and Technology has been phenomenal and our intellectual evolution has reached its peak. But this intellectual evolution has not helped us reduce our pain and suffering or brought us peace.
Humanity and  our physical  world itself is facing one of its worst existential crisis with global warming, natural calamities, pandemics, lifestyle diseases, wars and conflicts. We are getting polluted through air, water, food and toxic thought-emotions. And this is very likely to get worse in coming years unless we take some powerful steps.
Can we take a pause and think of changing our direction? Can bring back the order and rhythm in life and end  the chaos which is happening within and around us. We need to unlearn and repattern our lives.
In our ancient culture and Gurukul system Spirituality, Yog, Meditation, and Life  skills training was integral part of Holistic Education. In Eastern culture Science and Spirituality evolved together.
The Western education system dropped this very essential core of Spiritual education from the mainstream.
We spend and invest our time, energy and money to educate ourselves ,  acquire skills to make our careers and enjoy financial prosperity.  We invest for our future financial security, We regularly pay for our health insurance. But we rarely take efforts to get knowledge, learn life skills about how to get perfect health, how to take care of mental stress. We don’t have a long term vision for our Health, mental . emotional and spiritual well-being.  Can we not invest fraction of our time to learn skills to manage multiple dimensions of our Health and find deeper meaning to life.
We need to learn to Invest our Time, Money and Energy into a venture that will give us long term returns and bring us happiness. And that venture is You, your life, so Invest in yourself. With this purpose of helping people to learn to Invest in their own health, invest in there own self we 3 sisters started an organization called -Healthbank, in 2014. This is a unique bank where you will learn best Investment Strategies and will get best ROI ( Return On Investment)
With the guidance and teachings of our masters Guruji Prem Nirmal and Guruma Bharati Nirmal in last 9 years Healthbank has been instrumental in transforming many lives.
In March 2022  we ran a campaign, 'Open your Healthbank Account today and daily deposit Sixty Minutes of Your Time in it'. Many of our old students and new ones joined this campaign and for many it has now become part of their daily routine. Let us all be part of this movement. Navratri is the best time to start this process of Self Evolution.
We at Healthbank have been conducting Shakti Sadhana workshop during 9 days of Navratri since past 9 years and more than 500 participants have attended our workshops and shared amazing transformative and life changing experiences.
Shakti Sadhana was part of our Yogic culture, which was practiced for awakening the Pranashakti.
Every month starting from new moon day for nine days there is feminine energy in existence. During October month this feminine energy ( Shakti) is at its peak. This is called of Navratri of Sharad Rutu or Sharadi Navratri which falls in month of September or October.
It is time to worship the Devi, the Shakti. We should not limit our worship of the goddess, in her gross form, but also understand her deeper, subtler and more powerful aspects.
The Devi represents our own Shakti. When the existence is blessing us with  the energy peak , we can ride on this wave with the practice of Shakti Sadhana. Existence will lift you up and Shakti will reveal all the powers to you. Shakti will realign with Shiva the source and bring back the order, power and balance in your body and mind.
When we do Shakti Sadhana practices like breathing exercises, pranayam, Kriya  and meditation in a large group , tremendous energy is created and this energy can penetrate to help deep rooted purification and cleansing.
We bring about a perfect synthesis of Modern Science with Spiritual and Yogic practices during this 9 day workshop. We align the wisdom and practices of Hathyog, Kriya Yog, Dhyan Yog, Naad Yog, Gyan Yog and Modern Scientific concepts to create a comprehensive module of Shakti Sadhana. You will learn the different processes and Meditation. The most important essence of Shakti Sadhana is the Meditation. For the modern man most challenging problem is how to control the thoughts and emotions. You will learn how breath, pranshakti and mind can be aligned to experience silence and bliss.

Dussehra or Vijayadashami is one of the most celebrated and joyous Hindu festivals in India. It falls immediately after Navratri, a nine-day long festival observed in the honour of the goddess Durga and twenty days prior to Diwali, the festival of lights. The day marks the victory of good over evil, in which Ravana, the King of Lanka, is slayed by Lord Ram, the King of Ayodhya. Navratri 2022- 9 best saree colours for nine days.
Navratri is not just a mere festival but a celebration of the power, strength and the win of goddesses over all the evil through their fearlessness. It is to   depicting how prominent it is to worship all of the goddesses. Well, in our Hindu tradition, Navratri is celebrated with all enthusiasm. It starts with preparing our home’s temple for the welcome of all the Devis. Later takes forward by worshipping each goddess each day for the next nine days.
People take fast either for all nine days or for eight days and then worship nine Kanyas and treat them with food, chunni and gifts (bhett) after doing their pooja. Some also like to take up only the first and eighth day of the fast and do the rituals on the ninth day. Even if you don't fast, it is okay to worship the Kanya on the ninth day. People in the name of “bhog” worship young girls, as they are considered Devi. They are believed to be the “ansh” of goddesses. Every Indian woman celebrates Navratri with cheerfulness. Getting ready each day and doing pooja along with family is celebrated all over the nation.
Well, different goddesses are worshipped on different days and so there are different colours assigned for the nine days of Navratri. Are you also wondering which colour would be auspicious to wear on which day?
Let us clear the bluff for you, to celebrate this Navratri with vibrant colours and glow differently.
Day 1 of Navratri 2022 (White): This year, the first day is dedicated to Shailaputri Mata and the most auspicious colour assigned is white. White colour is often considered a symbol of peace and comfort in life. While welcoming Shailaputri you can definitely go wearing a white saree or suit, it will not make you look blossomed but will also blossom your life, with the blessings of all the Devi.
Day 2 of Navratri (Red): The second day of Navratri 2022, is meant to worship Brahmacharini Devi, and the colour of the day is red. The red colour is everywhere during the festive season, be it in decorations or in outfits, you will always find red colour. Why shouldn't it? The red colour is the symbol of strength, courage and fearlessness. You can add all of them while flaunting the beautiful red bandhani and kalamkari sarees. Pick up any from the tremendous collection of Kapaas katha, you will never regret.
Day 3 of Navratri (royal blue): Trust us, you will get to wear every colour you adore this Navratri. The third day, also the day of Chandraghanta Devi, is depicted in royal blue. The significance of this colour is bringing health and wealth to one’s life. Kapaas Katha has elegant options of sarees in royal blue, as we definitely wish for your prosperity.
Day 4 of Navratri, (Yellow): The ultimate bright yellow colour! The yellow colour brings all the happiness and brightness along with it. It does not only make you look more youthful but is also considered lucky to wear as it is the colour of Kushmanda Devi. Either wear yellow or try to include it in the things while worshipping.
Day 5 of Navratri, (Green): The green colour is the symbol of growth, fertility is also the colour of Skanda Mata and is worn with utmost affection by everyone during Navratri. It is very common to see everyone in green once in a while during the nine days, but now you know on which day it would be best to flaunt it. If you were planning to wear your favourite green bandhani saree all over the year, now is the time!
Day 6 of Navratri, (Grey): Amidst all the bright and very usual colours, on the sixth day of this Navratri, we have grey colour, an unusual but elegant and calm colour on its own. On the sixth day, Katyayani Mata is celebrated. You can go for a grey saree on this day to let go of everything bad that happened throughout the year and welcome the new upcoming with love and hope.
Day 7 of Navratri, (Orange): Orange, is the colour of happiness, positivity and enthusiasm. Goddess Shailaputri is celebrated on the seventh day of Navratri. You can include orange colour in your rituals like decorating your room and temple with orange flowers, or in your outfits, and thus you'll bring positivity and enlightenment to your home as well.
Day 8 of Navratri, (Peacock green): Mahagauri Mata is the one goddess to whom the eighth day of Navratri is devoted. The colour for this day is peacock green. Peacock green is usually considered as one the most preferred colour of the festive season, the reason being it somehow makes the desires fulfilled by goddesses.  Pick up your favourite peacock green saree from Kapaas Katha today.
Day 9 of Navratri, (Pink): Pink is the colour of affection, love and peace. Anyone wearing pink makes them extremely approachable and also showcases positive vibes. The ninth and the last day of Navratri, where we conclude all the rituals. Be it Kanya pujan or breaking the cycles of fast. Siddhidaatri Mata is worshipped on this final day. Including pink colour in the ritual activities and in your outfit will definitely make the goddess happy.
These are the colours that are distributed on different days of Navratri 2022. Each colour reflects some value or other. Each of them has its own significance regarding the goddess worshipped on that day. We tried to give you a brief about how you can celebrate your Navratri along with following the trends of vibrant colour sarees. But having these many colours won't be possible for everyone.

Navratri #Navratri is one of the most important festivals in the Hindu calendar. It's celebrated all over the world, typically falling between September and October during the month of Ashvin, and lasts for nine days. Nav means nine and Ratri means nights. This year, the festival starts on Monday 26 September and will end on Wednesday 5 October 2022. People come together during Navratri to celebrate Durga, the mother goddess who carries lots of weapons in her arms. Durga is best known for killing an evil demon in a battle which lasted nine days and nights and that is why the festival lasts for nine days and nights as well! Each day is represented by a different colour which symbolises one of her distinct characteristics or traits. Many Hindus wear a different coloured traditional outfit each day to reflect this. The festival ends with what's known as Dussehra, which is the celebration of good over evil. Navratri is a time when Hindus celebrate the goddess Durga for killing the demon, Mahishasura. A more powerful God, Lord Brahma, had blessed Mahishasura with the gift of immortality because of his dedication to him, which meant he could never die. However, this gift did come with one condition - the only person who would be able to defeat Mahishasura would be a woman. Mahishasura didn't think any women would be strong enough to kill him and was happy with the deal. Over the years, Mahishasura and his men became a powerful force attacking people on Earth and no gods were able to defeat him. Finally Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva - the three most powerful Hindu gods - decided to come together and create the goddess Durga, a powerful woman whose job would be to destroy Mahishasura. The gods equipped the new goddess Durga with lots of weapons before she went into battle with Mahishasura. Durga fought the demon for 10 days, and it proved quite difficult as he kept changing his form to confuse the goddess. However, when he finally turned into a buffalo, Durga was able to defeat him. Some people only have water and a simple meal at night & The celebrations also involve lots of dancing! #durga #durgapuja #mystique #Spiritique #indianculture https://www.instagram.com/p/CjDFUzFpHbv/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
