How does the donor area for hair transplantation affect the overall outcome of the procedure?
Here’s how the donor area impacts the procedure:
Hair Density and Thickness: The donor area’s hair density and thickness significantly influence how natural and effective the transplanted hair will look. Hair follicles from this region are genetically programmed to be resistant to balding and maintain their characteristics when transplanted. Therefore, a good donor area with high hair density ensures that enough follicles can be harvested to achieve satisfactory coverage and density in the recipient area.
Scarring and Healing: The method of extraction from the donor area, whether it’s through follicular unit transplantation (FUT) or follicular unit extraction (FUE), affects scarring and healing. FUT involves removing a strip of scalp, leaving a linear scar that can be camouflaged by surrounding hair. FUE, on the other hand, involves individual follicle extraction, leaving tiny dot scars that are less noticeable. The quality of healing in the donor area impacts overall comfort and aesthetic outcome post-procedure.
Extent of Harvestable Hair: The size and health of the donor area determine how many follicles can be safely extracted in one session. Larger donor areas with good hair density allow for more grafts to be harvested, potentially reducing the need for multiple sessions and optimizing the overall result.
Long-term Appearance: The stability of the donor area’s hair growth over time ensures that transplanted hair maintains its appearance and doesn’t thin out or fall out due to ongoing balding processes. Since the donor hair is genetically programmed to be permanent, it retains its characteristics and continues to grow naturally in its new location.
Matching Natural Hair Pattern: Ideally, the hair harvested from the donor area should match the recipient area in terms of hair type, color, and texture. A skilled surgeon carefully selects follicles to ensure a seamless integration with the existing hair, achieving a natural-looking outcome.
Future Hair Loss Considerations: Surgeons must consider the long-term prognosis of the donor area when planning hair transplantation. Assessing potential future hair loss in this region helps ensure that adequate donor reserves are preserved for potential future procedures if needed.
In summary, the donor area’s health, density, and characteristics are pivotal in determining the success of a hair transplantation procedure. A well-chosen donor area with good hair quality ensures optimal coverage, natural appearance, and long-term satisfaction for the patient undergoing hair restoration. Therefore, thorough evaluation and strategic planning of the donor area are essential steps in achieving a successful outcome in hair transplantation.

A Dermatologist For Your Skin Problems
A dermatologist is a medical doctor who specializes in the treatment of conditions that affect the skin, nails and hair. Some of these conditions include, but are not limited to, acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, moles, melanomas and skin tumors. The American Board of Dermatology certifies dermatologists.
In the U.S., dermatologists must undergo rigorous training and graduate from an accredited medical school or osteopathic school in order to be qualified. Dermatologists that graduate from medical schools outside of the United States are required by law to obtain a foreign graduate certificate before they are permitted to practice dermatology. Just like other medical doctors, dermatologists have been trained and have completed at least one year in a residency program for clinical training in emergency medicine, family practice, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, general surgery or internal medicine. Dermatologists are considered medical specialists, as they are fully trained medical doctors who have undergone specialized training in matters pertaining to skin conditions. Skin Specialist in Kota
A person with a skin condition, such as eczema, psoriasis or skin cancer, is most likely referred to a dermatologist by their regular doctor. Because of their specialized training, a dermatologist is better suited to treat skin conditions or assist in managing them. Often, the treatment that they offer includes dermabrasion or chemical peels, laser resurfacing, tissue augmentation, hair transplants, liposuction or sclerotherapy (to treat vascular malformations). Specially trained in the latest, most effective surgical techniques, a dermatologist is also an expert in managing skin disorders that accompany aging, such as hair loss, skin discolorations and other skin changes. Some even specialize in cosmetic treatments, such as botox injections, collagen injections and eyelid surgery.
Though already deemed a specialist in the care of skin conditions, some dermatologists further specialize in other treatments. For instance, a dermatopathologist specializes in infectious skin diseases or those that are immune system related or degenerative. Such doctors specialize in microscopic examinations useful in identifying these diseases. Often these specialists even work in hospital settings where contagious skin infections sometimes occur. Skin Treatment in Kota
Other dermatology specialists include pediatric dermatology. These doctors work specifically with childhood skin conditions, such as eczema and other skin allergies common in childhood. These dermatological specialists are generally part of a larger medical team used to treat children who often have very complex medical conditions with multiple symptoms.
Eczema is another area where a dermatologist may treat a large number of children. Characterized by red, scaly or leathery-looking skin that sometimes oozes and becomes crusty, eczema is a skin condition that largely affects infants and young children. As it is commonly associated with an allergic reaction and dermatologists are specially trained to treat skin allergies, their care is usually recommended. To treat eczema symptoms in children, a dermatologist may prescribe either a topical or an oral cortocosteroid medication, as well as recommend home skin care regimens to lessen the severity of eczema's affects. Though most children eventually outgrow eczema, some do not and the condition is carried over into adulthood. Therefore, many dermatologists also treat adult patients with eczema.
When most people think of a dermatologist, teen acne is perhaps the first type of treatment they associate with this specialty. Acne is characterized by the appearance of pimples, blotchy skin, cysts, whiteheads or blackheads. These eruptions are the result of bacteria and oil, which blocks the skin's pores and causes mild to severe skin eruptions. For persistent or very severe cases of acne, a dermatologist is sought for treatment and relief. The treatment offered may include the dermatologist draining the pimples or cysts with specially designed instruments and a dermatologist may prescribe medications to specifically target and reduce acne problems. In cases where acne scarring has occurred, a dermatologist may perform collagen injections, dermabrasion, a chemical peel or laser surgery to correct the appearance of unsightly pit marks and scars.

Laser Skin Treatment - Find Out What You Should Know
Whether you're struggling with wrinkles, acne scars or just want a youthful glow, a laser skin treatment could be the solution you've been hoping for. That's because this procedure goes beyond simply applying creams or moisturizers; it involves using hot beams of light on the area. This way, the old, dull outer layers are removed to reveal newer, smoother skin.
Types of Treatments
When getting a laser skin treatment, there are two popular methods. One involves carbon dioxide (CO2) and the other involves erbium. These beams of light serve different purposes when it comes to improving the complexion. For instance, if you suffer from lots of issues such as unsightly birthmarks, rhinophyma, wrinkles, warts and more, then CO2 can be beneficial to you. The doctor will use rapid light beams in an effort to remove the layer of skin in the problem area. Most times this can be done without affecting other areas in the region. However, your doctor should be extremely skilled in this process to ensure optimal results. Laser Skin Treatment in Kota
On the other hand, some doctors perform the procedure using erbium. Erbium can be a big help to people with dark pigmentation. That's because although any type of laser skin treatment could possibly burn the area, people with darker complexions are more susceptible to side effects. Also, this particular method can help minimize the amount of heat the epidermis absorbs, therefore reducing the chance for burns.
Candidates
For anyone suffering from excessive wrinkles on the face, annoying scarring due to pimples or some other imperfection, a laser skin treatment could help improve your look. However, people with a darker tone should understand some of the pros and cons of this procedure before rushing out to do it since they could end up with discolored skin. Also, it's best that you don't smoke or quit smoking a few months in advance since smoking can affect your ability to heal.
The Process
Fortunately the overall process is pretty basic and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours to complete. It is considered an outpatient procedure, requiring only a mild anesthetic as well as a sedative. You can choose to get your laser skin treatment in only a few areas at a time. Or, if you would prefer to get over all your healing at once, you can choose to do your entire face and other body parts, such as hands, all at one time. Hair Transplant Treatment in Kota
Healing
When the process is done, the affected areas will be covered with sterile dressings that you'll need to keep on for a few days or as directed by your doctor. In addition, you will need to be sure to clean the area a few times a day, usually with a mild solution such as saline or vinegar. Lastly adding a thick ointment, like petroleum jelly, can prevent scabbing in the area. It may take a few weeks for the region to heal, and you will have some discoloration for a while. This can easily be covered with makeup.

Can hair transplants be used to treat different types of hair loss, such as male pattern baldness or alopecia?
Hair transplants are increasingly recognized as an effective treatment for various types of hair loss, including male pattern baldness and alopecia. These procedures have evolved significantly over the years, offering hope to individuals seeking to restore their natural hairline and density.
Male Pattern Baldness:
Male pattern baldness, also known as androgenetic alopecia, is the most common cause of hair loss in men. It is characterized by a progressive thinning of hair on the scalp, typically starting at the temples and crown. Hair transplants are particularly well-suited for treating male pattern baldness because they involve redistributing healthy hair follicles from areas of the scalp where hair is abundant (usually the back and sides of the head) to the balding areas. This process is known as follicular unit transplantation (FUT) or follicular unit extraction (FUE), depending on the technique used.
In FUT, a strip of skin containing hair follicles is surgically removed from the donor area and then divided into individual follicular units that are implanted into the balding areas. FUE, on the other hand, involves harvesting individual follicular units directly from the donor area using a small punch tool and implanting them into the recipient sites. Both techniques yield natural-looking results and can effectively restore hair density in patients with male pattern baldness.
Alopecia:
Alopecia refers to hair loss that occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, leading to hair loss on the scalp or other parts of the body. There are different types of alopecia, including alopecia areata (patchy hair loss), alopecia totalis (total scalp hair loss), and alopecia universalis (complete body hair loss).
While hair transplants may not be suitable for all forms of alopecia, they can be beneficial for certain cases, such as in patients with stable alopecia areata who have well-defined areas of hair loss. In these instances, hair follicles from unaffected areas can be transplanted into the bald patches to stimulate hair regrowth.
Considerations:
Before undergoing a hair transplant, it is important for individuals to consult with a qualified dermatologist or hair transplant surgeon to determine whether they are suitable candidates for the procedure. Factors such as the extent of hair loss, the quality of donor hair, and the individual’s overall health will be taken into consideration during the evaluation process.
Additionally, while hair transplants are generally considered safe and effective, they are not a cure for underlying medical conditions that may cause hair loss. It’s essential for patients to have realistic expectations about the results and to understand that multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal hair density.
In conclusion, hair transplants can be a viable treatment option for different types of hair loss, including male pattern baldness and certain cases of alopecia. Advances in hair restoration techniques continue to improve outcomes, offering individuals the opportunity to regain natural-looking hair and enhance their self-confidence.

Laser Skin Treatment May Be Your Only Option
If you didn't know by now, I'm the natural remedies guy. Meaning that I swear by natural remedies that you can make from your own home. When someone emails me regarding the best acne treatments, I recommend natural acne treatments without thinking twice. In my opinion natural remedies are the best way to go, if you’re looking for a treatment or cure. But unfortunately they may not work for everyone, so laser skin treatment might have to be an option...
Personally I've never had laser skin treatment, mainly because it costs quite a lot of money in my country (United Kingdom). I don't know how much is costs in other areas of the world, but if you have the money it's definitely worth doing. I haven't see any bad reviews for this treatment, which is a bit of a shock. The critics are usually the first to put down any treatments which they haven’t tried. Anyway, if you do a search on Google or something for reviews on laser skin treatment, you'll see hundreds of brilliant reviews. Laser Skin Treatment in Kota
The actual procedure doesn't last long at all. In most cases, you'll only be in the hospital for 45 minutes and after that you can go straight home. But if you have severe acne they may ask you to stay in the hospital for a night, but that doesn't happen too often. After the procedure your skin will be quite sensitive and will be a bright red colour, but that goes away after a couple of days. My advice would be to avoid touching your face for a week after you've had the laser skin treatment. Hair Transplant Treatment in Kota
Laser Skin Treatment is one of the best acne treatments around at the moment. You will be left with no scars, or minimal scars if you have severe acne. It will remove your acne in a simple and precise way, and it always achieves the greatest of results!

What are the potential risks and complications associated with hair transplant surgery?
Hair transplant surgery is generally considered safe and effective for most individuals seeking to restore hair growth. However, like any surgical procedure, it does come with potential risks and complications that patients should be aware of. Here are some of the main risks associated with hair transplant surgery:
Bleeding and Infection: As with any surgical procedure, there is a risk of bleeding during and after the surgery. Infections can also occur, although they are relatively uncommon with proper post-operative care and hygiene.
Scarring: While modern techniques like FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) minimize visible scarring, all forms of hair transplant surgery involve some level of scarring. In FUE, tiny scars may be scattered across the donor area, whereas FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) leaves a linear scar at the donor site.
Poor Growth of Transplanted Hair: Sometimes, the transplanted hair follicles may not grow as expected. This could be due to various factors such as poor surgical technique, inadequate blood supply to the transplanted follicles, or improper post-operative care.
Shock Loss: Some patients experience a temporary shedding of the transplanted hair, known as shock loss. This usually occurs within the first few weeks after surgery but the hair typically regrows within a few months.
Numbness or Lack of Sensation: Temporary numbness or lack of sensation around the donor or recipient areas is common after hair transplant surgery. This usually resolves on its own over time, but in rare cases, it can be permanent.
Unnatural-looking Results: If the hairline is designed poorly or if the density of transplanted hair is not properly managed, the results may look unnatural. This risk can be minimized by choosing a skilled and experienced surgeon.
Cysts: In some cases, small cysts may form in the recipient area. These are typically benign and can be treated by a dermatologist or the transplant surgeon.
Long Recovery Period: Hair transplant surgery requires a recovery period during which the scalp needs to heal. Some discomfort, itching, or swelling of the scalp is common during this time.
Allergic Reaction: While rare, some individuals may have an allergic reaction to medications used during the procedure or to topical solutions applied to the scalp post-surgery.
Long-term Maintenance: Hair transplant surgery provides permanent results, but the natural hair surrounding the transplanted area may continue to thin over time. Therefore, patients may require additional procedures or medical treatments to maintain a satisfactory appearance.
It’s important for individuals considering hair transplant surgery to discuss these risks and complications with a qualified surgeon during the consultation phase. Choosing a board-certified surgeon with experience in hair restoration procedures can significantly reduce the likelihood of complications and improve the chances of achieving natural-looking results.

Day 152 to 154
01 to 03/04, Fri to Sun/Mon, 2018, banglore, 9:18 AM
Days go very fast. It's looks just yesterday was Friday but not so it's Monday today. One way way to office but late today not as usual it be. The office cab that was to pick me did not turn up so the transport team adjusted me in a different cab. Now am in the cab but stuck up in traffic. Reaching by 10 to office also looks like a hurdle now. Traffic in banglore is at its pick at from 9: 00 AM onwards.
Weekend went sitting at room working on Saturday and doing nothing on Sunday except of washing clothes and cleaning room.
After many years I had a very long conversation with my chota Don my youngest brother Ritik. Generaly we don't happen to speak much just for how are you ?? how are studied going on ????? what you eat ?? and such stuffs.
Dad was planning not to sent him back to Kota but instead sent him to Kerala for further studies since he was not improving in any means there. So Ritik call me and wanted me to convince dad not to send him to Kerala and give him 1 more year to improve and study in Kota itself. I was also on the idea to remove him from there and put in some other school. Let's see how does it work on. But as I spoke to dad, this time he has not intrest in sending him to Kota. He also said if we don't get a different school then he will study in Chapra itself.
I have a very bad habit that I don't connect to people often whether it be family or friends. I rarely call up to much cousins and speak or even wish them on their birthday or anniversary. Even though the technology has gone go fare ahead and we have watsapp, Facebook and so on ...... I was talking to Gandhi yesterday and he also said the same thing. Why I don't speak is a question? ? I feel a discomfort in speaking and what is the discomfort I am also not aware and will not be able to convert in words here as of now. Let me try this..
Uff.. still stuck in traffic and am still not even half you also to office.
Playing has stopped completely after Bikash has undergone a hair transplant. I generally used to go with him to play shuttle and football. And as of now it looks like we will be resuming pay by next month only. Doctors have said him not to play for 2 weeks or so. And I also would be travelling by today or tomorrow night to Hong Kong. It might be a month travel if work is not completed within 14 days. Have my fingers crossed as of now. Who does not want a onside trip to get extended.. everyone wants since at the end we work for money and going on site give a sufficiently good amount of extra cash in pocket and you get to see and meet people of different country.
Taking a break for now...
Love and Care...
