Good night to everyone! but especially to an ED resident I'd never met who turned to me as I squeezed by her in a hall and told me, apropos of nothing, that I was doing a good job.

#That ED is a madhouse but it's also the most diverse staffing wise in the area and it's always a breath of fresh air #Also I'm working on this theory that the traditional medic/nurse bad blood is uh. (scooby do mask pull) misogyny! and old fashioned ego!#Had a great time at (level one trauma center ed redacted) today honestly #If I jump ship for the ED in the next year will we really be surprised?
