Oops Help I need a Place to Live

SO due to some wildass circumstances with our apartment owner, I woke up this morning and discovered I need to move out by the end of February

IT IS TIME. The 6th annual United States of Science Challenge begins NOW. It's Skype a Scientist's biggest annual fundraiser to help keep our program running!

Each bubble on this map represents classrooms we matched w/scientists over the last year. $10 donations fill in bubbles. The first region to close all their bubbles wins!

Skype a Scientist matches scientists with classrooms, scout troops, libraries, and groups of adults for Q&A sessions with scientists, but that's not all we do. We bring science in person to events around philly, run the squid facts hotline, and share science via street art and murals. And of course we answer science questions and share about cool animals all the time on social media.

We offer all of our programming for free, so fundraising campaigns like this are the only way we can keep offering this program! If you're able to spare $10 to fill a bubble, please help us fill the map!

Sirius was sitting on the floor with a few bottles of nail polish. 

He was using a deep red nail polish with sparkles for the Christmas party later, mostly because he would never be seen sporting green on his nails. Like, who even did that? Ew. 

The door opened and Remus walked in. 

“Hey, Pads.” he greeted as he looked around the room for his Christmas sweater. “Have you seen my sweater at all?”

“Hmm? Oh, no I haven’t,” Sirius answered absentmindedly. “Maybe check in your trunk?”

“Sure,” Remus said, opening his trunk to look. “Oh, found it! Thanks, Sirius.”

“Yeah, yeah. Of course, Remus,” Sirius replied. 

“What color polish are ya doin’ for later?” Remus asked, evidently smelling the polish.

“Sparkly Gryffindor red,” Sirius said, poking out his tongue in concentration. “Like, really shiny and stuff.”

“Oh, nice,” Remus responded, walking over to where Sirius was seated. “Looks good already.”

He crouched down to his boyfriend’s level and gave him a peck on the cheek. “I’ll see you down there. James and Peter have oh-so-graciously requested for me to magick literally every decoration, so I gotta go.”

“Love you, Rem. See you later.”

“Love you too, Pads.”
