Manage every operational facit of the technology and product inititives within the business:
Take ownership of the creation and delivery of the technology platform and product plans.
Mentor, advise, manage, and develop the product, project and product development teams
Be the ultimate owner of the company’s technology vision and deployment.
Be abreast of the latest trends and technology within the industry and be able to concisiely communicate its relavence and impact to the business and to the CEO.
Able to manage accurate and timely communication of project progress, roadblocks and performance.
Mangage ,drive and inspire a team of 14 people in project manager, devlopement, product , BA and QA through visable KPI’s and agreed milestones.
Perform Qtr performance reviews to track and mentor the team.
Create and implement the future direction for the business:
Lead the creation and deployment of the companies technology Vision for the next phase of ABSS’ development.
Take ownership of the creation and delivery of the strategic plans for product delivery.
Identify, prioritise, and manage key technology focused strategic projects in the areas of product and growth opportunities (as agreed with the Board), without compromising the existing business.
Ensure buy-in and ownership of strategic technology plans by the product and project teams, and the wider organisation.
Look for new opportunities whilst managing the existing technology initives
Defend the ABSS desktop product by adding relavent features and enhancements that are customer need driven and will generate a ROI

Set the tone for the business by leading by example. You are the technology expert within the business

Role : To deliver the plans, targets, and visions of the technology and product delivery for the ABSS Group by leading and managing all aspects of the technology business including taking full responsibility for the product team, current technology and ABSS technology roadmap

Responsibilities:
Manage every operational facit of the technology and product inititives within the business:
Take ownership of the creation and delivery of the technology platform and product plans.
Mentor, advise, manage, and develop the product, project and product development teams
Be the ultimate owner of the company’s technology vision and deployment.
Be abreast of the latest trends and technology within the industry and be able to concisiely communicate its relavence and impact to the business and to the CEO.
Able to manage accurate and timely communication of project progress, roadblocks and performance.
Mangage ,drive and inspire a team of 14 people in project manager, devlopement, product , BA and QA through visable KPI’s and agreed milestones.
Perform Qtr performance reviews to track and mentor the team.
Create and implement the future direction for the business:
Lead the creation and deployment of the companies technology Vision for the next phase of ABSS’ development.
Take ownership of the creation and delivery of the strategic plans for product delivery.
Identify, prioritise, and manage key technology focused strategic projects in the areas of product and growth opportunities (as agreed with the Board), without compromising the existing business.
Ensure buy-in and ownership of strategic technology plans by the product and project teams, and the wider organisation.
Look for new opportunities whilst managing the existing technology initives
Defend the ABSS desktop product by adding relavent features and enhancements that are customer need driven and will generate a ROI
Drive the company environment:
Set the tone for the business by leading by example. You are the technology expert within the business
Inspire an energetic and dynamic team environment across the entire team and wider ABSS eco-system to drive success.
Create a harmonious and efficient technology team within ABSS. This includes effective man-management, processes, skill and timely deployment. Be accountable for your teams outcomes.
Ensure that the business is behaving in an ethical and socially responsible manner in all aspects.
In time the product director may be asked contribute more time to desktop and our growing Cloud micro -sme product Financio
Be the primary conduit of all technology projects, current trends and current project progress.
