Roger’s old boss who jumped out the window was (I believe) confirmed by direct dog man to be Steven :3c

also I dunno if this will fan your ego but you getting sick has resulted in (at least) five other people getting “the Steven plague” which is pretty cool

"Fine, you.. seemingly put a lot of work into this ego thing so fine. As stated before, yes. Me and Jake knew each other before we both became phone guys. Though when we first met, Jake was still with his wife. Anyhow, I forgot where exactly we met, but I recall something about our kids. Cheesy? Maybe, but I'm guessing like a park or something? Mike and Jason actually got along well.! Which is probably what started everything."

"Anyways. I know it sounds anticlimactic, but we originally met at some park nearby my house. We talked a bit, and I don't know if it was pity or something, but he offered to hang out with me for awhile. I guess it's because I really didn't have anyone to help with my kids... I guess he thought I was a single father. Which.. fair—I mean, I had a boyfriend at the time, but we never talked as much. So.. yeah. Anyway, it was a simple thing. We kept in touch with each other. I'd watch his kid when he went to work, and he'd constantly ask and see if we'd could find a place where both our kids could play and we could talk. The more we'd hang out, the more he'd open up to me. He talked to me a lot about how scared he was to get fired. He didn't want to fail his son; he told me that he already failed somebody in his life, and he was scared to do it again. I guess he liked me because I was able to reassure him that no matter what, Jason would love him. He didn't believe me most of the time, but he was thankful. As you can tell, it would've continued. B. But there's more. If you're curious to. How we got to the point we are at now.. but that's how we met. Is. Is it sort of anticlimactic and.. stupid- but hey-“
