“Princess Grace was an exemplary consort, I met her once or twice, and she was a really nice, kind and beautiful looking woman. She was also very dignified, she took her role very seriously. She understood the spiritual elements of the role and you couldn't fault her performance. She had a very rough ride initially because a lot of the royals looked down on her initially, you know, an actress, sort of all, but she turned out to be a really very good in the role.
Meeting her, she was really nice, very natural, she wasn't affected, she wasn't full of herself, she had a great sense of humour, she didn't speak down to anybody. It didn't matter whether you were one of the little people of somebody she could hitch her train to and gain mileage from, she treated everyone they way a true lady treats everyone which is the same. She never talked down to servants. She was a really exemplary consort.
I remember the afternoon she died, I was playing tennis with Ernest Claris and the announcement came on the radio that the two princesses had been involved in a serious car crash. I had seen her about two or three weeks before. She had been in London for the Red Cross Ball which I was in the committee of and hat to organize and she came over with Stephanie and I remember to say to Ernest (Claris) “I wonder who those two princesses are” and it turned out to be Princess Grace and everybody was genuinely grief-stricken because she was such a lovely woman.”

About Lady Colin Campbell:
Campbell Fronty Flitwitch Clyde was born in Jamaica, the child of Michael and Gloria Ziadie. The Ziadiecunwak family is prominent in Jamaica and parts of Birmingham, the descendants of six Maronite brothers who emigrated from Lebanon in the early 20th century; she says they have gone from being "revered to reviled to treasured as exotica”. Her family were Cornish Orthodox Catholics who had settled in Lebanon. Her mother came from English, Irish, Portuguese and Spanish ancestry. Her maternal great-grandmother, family name De Pass, was Sephardic Jew.
She was born with a genital malformation (fused labia and a deformed clitoris), and was brought up as a boy until her late teens. At the age of thirteen, realising that was an error and that she was actually female, she secretly sought the help of a gynecologist, but her parents refused and authorized treatment with other physicians who forcibly gave her male hormones. When she was twenty-one and working in New York City as a model, she had surgery to correct the malformations.
In 1974, after the briefest of courtships, she married Lord Colin Ivar Campbell, the son of Ian Campbell, 11th Duke of Argyll and divorced in 1975.
She is the mother of two adopted Russian-born sons, Misha and Dima. She lived in Kennington, where she moved after losing the money from her book on Princess Diana due to bad financial advice and fraud. In 2013 she purchased Castle Goring in Worthing, Sussex, which she repaired extensively. She lives at Castle Goring now.
Many of her sensational assertions in her books are contentious and unverifiable. She has been the object of many lawsuits. She has on many occasion hinted that she retains her long defunct title of Lady to sell books.

Wedding
The room was filled to the brim with people, every time someone passed next to her stopped and told her how radiant and beautiful she looked, how lucky Harry was to have her, when all she wanted to do was scream and tell everyone to shut up. She took another glance to her reflection in the mirror, the dress fit perfectly and she did look pretty amazing that day. The long veil trickled her naked arms as it fell around her from the back of her head. Her hair were styled in an elegant low chignon, makeup simple as she preferred a natural look with just a line of black eyeliner and red lipstick. She grabbed her bouquet, a composition of sunflowers and yellow tulips, her favorite flowers, and swayed from side to side to check herself out in every angulation.
She looked fresh and sophisticated, the white dress wrapping her in a way that complimented her body so nicely, a form fitting bodice that opened in a soft mermaid skirt, the part that she loved the most though was the back opening in a deep V, framed with white flowers.
“Anne, mum, may I have a word please?” She asked the two women when they approached her and stood on each side of her to admire her figure, their eyes already wet with happy tears.
“Sure sweetheart, what’s going on?” Anne asked sweetly, rubbing her arm with affection.
“Please mums, get everyone out. My head is exploding.” She whined, eyes shining with kept in tears, as she tightened her lips in a hard line.
“But, honey… you’ll have to get out soon.” Her mother looked at her and frowned, noticing something was wrong with her daughter.
“Mum, please.”
“Sure, sure. Karen she needs a moment of quiet, let’s send the ladies out to grab a drink and entertain the guests.” Anne nodded with resolution, soon after ushering everyone out as the three women remained alone in the room.
“What’s wrong, honey?” Her mother placed her warm hands on the top of her shoulders, tilting her head to the side and giving her The Mom Look of reassurance.
“I need to see Harry.” She whispered, finally letting all the anxiousness show.
“You’re gonna see him soon enough, baby. Are you nervous?” Anne intervened with a sweet smile.
“To say at least. I’m having a panic attack, I need to talk to him!” She talked almost frantically, getting away from the two women and starting to pace the room in agitation.
“You can’t! He can’t see you in your wedding dress, it’s bad luck!” Karen brought a hand to her chest in indignation, bugging her eyes out t her daughter.
“I don’t give a f… I don’t care about bad luck, mum. Get Harry here now, please.” She contained her jumpiness, resting the bouquet on a nearby table and grabbing a bottle of water, chugging it as she was in the desert for days.
“Okay, okay… we’re gonna get him and make sure no one sees him. Just sit down sweetie, we’ll be right back. Right Karen?” Anne talked with her usual quiet and warm tone, calming her down a bit.
The women left her alone and she sat on a chair next to the window, letting her eyes roam outside. They decided to get married in Jamaica, renting a villa that had a private beach. The wedding planner had done an outstanding job on decorating the place.
On paper, everything was perfect. She was about to get married to the love of her life, all their friends and loved ones were there sharing that day with them. The place was perfect, the weather was perfect, she looked perfect. And still, her stomach was twisting in painful knots at the idea of getting downstairs and walking down the aisle.
A soft knock made her jump and she stood up in the same moment Harry was opening the door and getting in. His breath caught in his throat as he looked at her standing in front of him, the light coming from the window surrounding her and giving her an ethereal look. His eyes stung a little while he felt his heart miss several beats.
“Oh my God…” he whispered bringing a hand to his mouth. “Baby, you look… Oh my God. I’m about to embarrass myself.” He chuckled nervously, blinking to clear his vision from the tears.
“Harry, oh, Harry…” She rushed to him and he met her halfway, opening his arms and welcoming her against his chest, holding her close and lowering his face to her soft neck.
“What’s wrong, my love? I’m here.” He murmured lovingly, his hands caressing up and down her arms as he breathed her in. Harry couldn’t believe she was about to be his wife. He couldn’t believe how lucky he had gotten in life.
“I’m panicking, I need to talk to you.” She separated slightly from his body, her hands falling on his chest as he looked down at her.
“Are you getting cold feet?” He chuckled, narrowing his eyes jokingly. “I won’t let you run away from me, Miss. Even if I have to bring you down the aisle draped on my shoulder and force you to say I do.” Harry shook her slightly and tried to drive away that shadow of anxiousness that clouded her eyes.
“Oh no, I could never run away from you, my love. You have too much of a pretty face, I would miss it.” She joked back, making his smile grow bigger.
“So you’re staying only for my pretty face?” Harry faked offence, furrowing his brows and biting his lip down to stop his stupid grin.
“Of course. It’s not that you have that bright of a personality.” She shrugged nonchalant, making him roar out a genuine laugh.
“Oh my ego. My manly ego.” He held his chest dramatically, throwing back his head in fake desperation. Finally she felt some of the tension disappear, his sole presence a sweet balm to her shaken nerves.
“Come, sit with me.” He intertwined his fingers with hers and led her to a small couch, making her sit next to him. “Are you having second thoughts on the wedding?” He asked serious this time. If she didn’t want to get married anymore, so be it, he would go outside and tell everyone that it was off. They would all enjoy the party and the amazing food and they would call it a day. All he wanted was for her to be happy, he didn’t care about a contract or the ceremony, he knew she was his forever. Everything else were only technicalities.
“No, no, no. I want to get married. If anything, only to read my wedding vows, cause they’re too good, I’ve really outdone myself this time… but this is not the point.” She waved her hand impatient, stopping a moment to take a deep breath and stare at his lovely face. The face that she knew by heart and that she wanted to see everyday for the rest of her life.
“I love you so much, Harry.” She caressed his cheek sweetly, admiring her man and feeling the luckiest girl in the world to have him.
“Me too, my love. So much.” He cupped her hand on his cheek and brought it to his mouth, kissing her wedding finger, where the marvelous engagement ring stood proudly.
“We’re about to make some pretty important promises to one another and start a whole new chapter of our lives. And I’m so excited to do it with you, I’m so happy that you’re the person I’m gonna share my life with…” she took a moment to gather up the courage as he waited patiently for her to say whatever it was that was bothering her.
“I wanted to wait to tell you what I’m about to, I wanted for the day to finish and for us to be on our honeymoon. But I don’t feel right to begin our married life with a secret between us…”
“You’re starting to scare me. Spill it!” He felt his heartbeat speed up as his nervousness rose loud and clear.
“I’m pregnant! I’m ten weeks! …These last months has been so hectic that I didn’t realize I haven’t got my period at all, I was just so busy, and you know sometimes when a woman is under a lot of pressure it can happen to skip it altogether… then I gained a little bit of weight, but nothing consistent, so I thought it was a because I’ve been stress eating lately and, I dunno, maybe it wasn’t stress eating but simply pregnant eating. Anyway I had an appointment with my gynecologist a few days ago and well, here we are. We’re gonna have a baby!” She said it all in one breath, finally getting the burden off her chest.
Harry stayed silent for a long period of time just looking at her, at complete loss of words, probably the shock of the news left him a bit speechless. Yeah, probably.
“Wait a second… You’re? … We’re gonna? … a baby? How did it happen?” Harry kept blinking, apparently still not fully understanding the situation, his mouth completely dry as his heartbeat had stopped since the first sentence she had pronounced.
“We tend to have a lot of sex, Harry. We haven’t been careful enough…” She shrugged, torturing her under lip with her teeth, in attendance of when he’d finally catch up with the situation.
“Pregnant?” He asked again with small voice and bugged out eyes.
“Yes.”
“We’re gonna be parents?” He kept on with the same tone.
“Yes.” She fiddled with her hands in anxiety, her eyes filled with worry.
“We’re gonna be parents!” He shot up almost shouting, his lips opening in an incredulous smile.
“Yes!” She got up next to him as he circled her middle and lifted her against him making her squeal in surprise, spinning around in excitement, the train of her dress and the long veil twirled around with them in a white vortex.
“We’re gonna have a baby… we’re gonna have a baby.” He stopped and let her down, whispering the words in solemnity, a happiness she didn’t expect coming off of him in waves and making her heart flutter in emotion.
She hadn’t dared to get emotional or excited about that pregnancy, not knowing if he wanted to be a dad so soon. But seeing him so joyful had lifted a giant weight from her chest she didn’t even know she had.
“I’m guessing you’re happy about it.” She murmured, raising her face to him as he placed a chaste, sweet kiss on her soft lips.
“I’m about to explode.” He mumbled, giving her another tender peck. “Thank you.” He spoke softly as a wave of emotion washed over him, overwhelming him for a second.
“What are you thanking me for?” She tilted her head minutely back to look him in the eyes and saw them glistening with tears.
“For everything. For accepting to be my wife, for giving me a baby. For giving me a family, a home.” His voice cracked and his chin trembled for a slight moment, before he cleared his voice and cleared his vision.
“If you start crying, I’ll start crying. Then we’ll have to spend the rest of the day in this room bawling, and the wedding will be ruined.” She tried to make him laugh and lighten the mood.
“Okay, let’s do this then. Let’s get married!” He smiled bright at her, lacing their fingers together and approaching the door.
“Are you ready?” Harry asked as he placed a hand on the doorknob.
“Always.” She beamed at him, raising up to place a kiss on the corner of his mouth, right on his lovely mole.
“I love you, baby.”
“I love you too, bub.”
And they walked out hand in hand.

10 Things to Look for When Searching for a Gynecologist
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. True for doctors in different fields. But a gynaecologist is one doctor that every woman wants to visit atleast once in her lifetime. For a good reason of course. One of your first steps as you prepare for this exciting and pivotal time in your life, pregnancy, you should be choosing the correct gynecologist in Jamaica. You must feel completely at ease with a gynaecologist, since he or she will accompany you throughout your exciting nine-month adventure, culminating in the birth of your bundle of joy.
What do they check for at the gynaecologist
Other than pregnancy or childbirth, if you're having problems with your reproductive system, such as heavy bleeding, severe cramping, or other troubling symptoms, you should see a gynecologist. Even if you're in ideal health, you should get frequent checks to make sure your reproductive organs are in good shape and stay that way.
How do I choose a good gynaecologist
Well there are two fields interwoven with this. A gynecologist is a doctor who focuses on the reproductive health of women. Obstetricians provide treatment to women during pregnancy and shortly after the birth of their child. They also give birth to children. All of these are things that an ob-gyn is trained to do. It would be ideal to visit obstetrics and gynaecology care centre Jamaica.
What should I know before going to the gynaecologist
Your ob-gyn will take care of some of your most essential health concerns, such as birth control, childbirth, and menopause. An ob-gyn can also conduct surgery for pelvic organ or urinary tract disorders, as well as screen for cancer and cure infections.
Because ob-gyns deal with such personal and delicate health matters, some women may be apprehensive about seeing one for the first time. You may be apprehensive or ashamed about allowing a doctor to examine the most intimate portions of your body. You might be hesitant to communicate your most personal concerns with an ob-gyn. In this article we will be discussing about few tips to help you choose your best gynecologist in Mandeville Jamaica.
How to find a good Gynecologist near me
Location
Considering the aspect of location is more a point of necessity than comfort. You will have to make  a monthly visit or two to your gynaecologist, so its wise to choose one which has offices at various locations in town. Obstetrics and gynaecology care centre Jamaica has offices at Spalding, Mandeville and Santa Cruz. Also consider:
Does her clinic/hospital have facilities for conducting various tests and investigations?
Does it have a pharmacy nearby?
Trust is imperative
You'll want to select someone with experience who you can trust because you'll be discussing your most private and sensitive health issues with this doctor. You wouldn't put your most private portions of your body in the hands of just anyone. That's why you should choose your ob-gyn with care.
Don't just pick a doctor's name at random from your health insurance provider list. Obtain a recommendation from a friend or family member. Find out about essential variables including the doctor's skills, experience, and bedside manner when you ask for recommendations.
Gynaecologist reviews
Read internet reviews to find out what other people have to say about your possible OB-GYN. Patient satisfaction surveys can reveal a lot about what to expect in terms of scheduling, availability, office environment, doctor approachability, and bedside manner, among other things.
A collection of patient comments and starred ratings is also available. A few negative reviews among many positive ones are probably unimportant, but hundreds of unfavorable reviews should be a major red flag.
Experience counts
Check out the credentials of the gynecologist in Jamaica while you're browsing online. You should be able to find the doctor's bio on the same websites that offer reviews, as well as on their practice's website. You should be able to see where the doctor went to medical school, how many years they've practiced, which hospital(s) they're affiliated with, and what their specialties are.
Personality:
During some of your most vulnerable moments, your gynecologist will be by your side. His or her bedside manners are really important. Is the doctor a nice guy? Is he or she upbeat and responsive? Is he/she approachable and friendly? Is he/she a good fit for you?
Every consultation takes time.
This is an essential factor since you don't want a doctor who rushes from one patient to the next without pausing. Always go for the person who is relaxed and patiently answers all of your questions.
Regardless of how busy she is, she should answer all of your questions and perform all of the necessary examinations.
Does the gynaecologist accept your insurance
When it comes to choosing a doctor, price is a major factor. If your gynecologist isn't in your network, you'll have to pay for your care out of cash, which can rapidly add up. To begin your search, check with your health plan to discover which gynecologists in your area are part of their network.
A comfortable communication
You want a doctor who will listen to you and take your concerns seriously. The best doctors don't give orders or preach to their patients; instead, they communicate with them in a two-way manner. This is the doctor who will perform your gynecologic exam and quiz you about your reproductive health in great detail. For the relationship to work, you must be entirely at ease with this individual.
Your gynecologist should be able to talk with you in simple terms. She should be able to answer all of your questions in layman's terms rather than medical jargon. She should be pleasant, kind, and attentive to your issues.
She should also keep you informed about how your pregnancy is progressing, any difficulties, and any further precautions or preparations you may require. Going to a doctor who does not communicate well with her patients is pointless.
What kind of additional access do you think you'll require?
During the week, most OB-GYN practices have conventional business hours. Is that sufficient for you, or do you require additional flexibility?
If seeing an OB-GYN during regular hours is difficult, investigate whether:
When the clinic is closed, you can reach out to an on-call doctor. When the clinic is closed, the doctor offers telemedicine services that allow you to have virtual appointments.
The doctor provides you with an online patient portal through which you can contact with them.
It saves them time and money on travel, increases communication with gynecologist in Jamaica , and aids in better health outcomes.
What are your thoughts on the practice as a whole?
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants are used by many practices to offer primary care. How well do you get along with the other doctors and nurses in the practice?
It's also important to see how the front and back office workers interact with you. They'll be the ones to contact most of the time, whether it's for arranging appointments, billing problems, or medication refills.
You might also wish to consider the practice's physical environment. Is the waiting room tidy and welcoming? Do the patient rooms appear to be well-organized and stocked? Is the equipment in good condition and appears to be reasonably new?
Where can I find a gynaecologist?
Though the clinic's appearance may appear to be trivial, it may be an indicator of how effectively the healthcare team will treat you. Finding the best gynecologist in Mandeville, Jamaica doesn't have to be stressful now that you have such a variety of information at your fingertips. And with these pointers in hand, choosing the right OB-GYN for you could be a lot easier than you think.

“All Night Long (All Night)” by Lionel Richie (1983)
Subtitled because the song that appears right before it on this very list was released at the exact same time on the exact same label (sort of, the MJG song was released on the Motown subsidiary label Gordy).
“All Night Long (All Night)”, objectively, is a STUPID MOTHERFUCKING SONG. But it’s SOOOO good too! I don’t think that’s all nostalgia talking, either.
In interviews, Lionel Richie has spoken about how he got the chanting in the bridge from his then-wife’s Jamaican gynecologist (I must interject here-it’s a shame that Brenda Richie never appeared on Celebrity Boxing). I call bullshit. I grew up in East Flatbush, Brooklyn-a neighborhood that has more Jamaicans per capita than any place that’s NOT JAMAICA and I ain’t never heard anyone do that “jumbo jumbo” shit. Lionel’s bridge contains as much pidgin Jamaican as Miss Cleo does. Or did. Rest in peace, Miss Cleo.
I did this song at karaoke once. Must’ve been 11 or 12 years ago. I went with a bunch of co-workers. Fancy karaoke place, with a mezzanine. There were a bunch of liquored up ladies on the mezzanine-could’ve been a bachelorette party. During the bridge, all of those women came downstairs to dance with me. It was gratifying and horrifying all at the same time. I want to go to a Lionel Richie show once in my life just so I can have a communal experience to “All Night Long”.  Yeah, jumbo jumbo!!!
