๐ฅ๐ฅฆ LUNCHTIME ๐๐ The top two plates are my 3 year old girlsโ plates, the bottom left is my seven year oldโs plate and the bottom right is my bowl. Today, I used the girls leftover Coconut, blueberry porridge from breakfast and added steamed broccoli with salt and olive oil, boiled beets, purple sauerkraut, sliced raw cheddar cheese and smoked oysters or sardines. William has steamed cauliflower with salt and olive oil, beets, smoked oysters, raw cheddar cheese and purple sauerkraut. I have a combo of all ๐. The kids will definitely not finish all of their lunch. So, now I have an afternoon snack made too! Aim to make veggies a part of every meal, everyday. It can be simple steamed broccoli or peas. The importance is consistently presenting them with a meal including vegetables.
