A grumpy AND stern archangel with ingrown, razor-sharp, feathers from a healing, fiend-sourced, battle wound they received recently. Alariel's barely holding back his darker nature enough to keep his superiors from asking questions. A relaxed Captain is always better than one with bad humors.
