#7minutesoffitness Challenge Starting on June 13th, I will be starting the #7minutesoffitness Challenge! For the next 100 days, I will be doing at least 7 minutes of exercising or outdoor walking. I have put on some weight from not being active enough during this #quarantine and it is time to get #quarantlean. Over the next couple of weeks, I challenge you increase your time slowly until you get to your desired workout time. You want to avoid processed foods during this challenge. I highly recommend following the Dr. Sebi nutritional guidelines. I personally create a lot of meals from the @alkalinebeyondvegan and @bobo_cooks cookbooks if you are looking for great #alkaline meal inspiration. I did a remembrance cake in honor of my brother who passed away 2 years ago due to complications of diabetes. When he was alive, one of his favorite cakes was “Strawberry Shortcake,” but I cannot find a vegan one in my area. I decided to make a raw vegan strawberries cheesecake instead. As long as I taste strawberries, that is good enough for me to connect his memory of why he loved this cake. This cake was also one of my mother’s favorite when I made it for her last year for his 1st remembrance day.
