The Super 17 arc in GT bothers me on many levels, but this one moment in particular irks me to this day.

Poor 18 just watched her husband murdered in front of her face, by her own brother, and is now having to help kill said brother to avenge her husband and save the planet and so forth and they decide... "hey, this would be a great place to insert some fanservice". Like that's all it is, too. You don't need to have her rip her shirt like that to emphasize where that bomb supposedly was. You don't need to have a bunch of cleavage show. You don't need to be establishing exactly what kind of bra she's wearing under that. C'mon, man. Just... jeez, read the room.
