Taking pity on the temple guardian, Raimundo extended the cool breeze swirling around him to cover Dojo as well. When he'd first come to the temple, Raimundo had this idea of China as a cold place. After several years, however, he was accustomed to China's summers and the sweltering heat they brought.

"Dashi really shoulda had his temple built on the beach," Raimundo half-joked.

Dojo reacting to Rai calling him ‘gecko’

Gotta hand it to Dojo he went through character development, too. Mind you in ep1 he’s angry at Rai because he considers such a way of adressing him an insult. Do we have the same reaction in season 3? NO. On the contrary, Dojo is  bewildered. He would never expect Raimundo to repeat the same mistake and insult him on purpose for a simple reason: Dojo knows Rai is a good friend!!

season 1 Dojo: Who does he think he is? Ugh kids nowadays! I’ll show him! Someone has to teach him to respect elders! Especially ancient dragons with experience!
