To the anon who wrote fanfic, i see what you did there with the gingerale name... Grünwald is german and translates to Greenwood and Bräu is Brew in German. In breaking bad Hank Schrader brews his own Beer in his garage called Schraderbräu.

Omg, I suspected something was up with Grünwaldbräu but the obvious answer was right in front of us. The attention to detail is INSANE
