Cobblepot Organization Ranks

Victor Zsasz is Penguin's top enforcer. Then Penguin turned to Headhunter who imitated Zsasz's shooting style. Firefly was at the meeting in 4x8 when Penguin stabbed the guy for calling Nygma Riddler. She was later sent to do a job that did not require accuracy. Also, it is a completion of the circle of Season 2 where Penguin had Butch use Selina to hire the Pike arsons who Bridget was a member of. Thus Penguin was partly responsible for Bridget becoming Firefly. Firefly also accompanied Penguin when visiting Jim Gordon in Season 3 despite the need for possible precision. Butch had combined the roles of muscle and advisor but now Penguin just has his lawyer as his advisor. It seems Penguin fired or killed his two bodyguards after their cowardice in 4x7.

Also, note that Oswald looks sad in the second to last GIF. Oswald said sorry to Don Falcone for betraying him in 1x22. Butch does not say sorry to Oswald after betraying him in 2x7 but does after betraying him in 3x5. Butch also says sorry to his childhood friend before shooting him in the head in 1x10.

Story : Elizabeth is a collaboration experiment between The Dollmaker and Hugo Strange. You can clearly see what the Dollmaker did to her and replaced some of her limbs, some pieces of skin and one of her eyes, with limbs, skin and an eye from other people. He saw a problem after that Elizabeth would bleed very often in the areas that were stitched on, and he didnt want her to bleed out, so he went to Hugo Strange for help, and Hugo made it so it is impossible to die from blood loss and will replenish blood in a matter of seconds, faster than a normal person, and this also makes it so she cant feel any pain. Elizabeth was stuck in Indian Hill for 5 years, and escaped with all the other ‘monsters’.

@apuzzleboxandpaperbirds All good points. Do you think Penguin will hire Zsasz and Headhunter along with Butch? Butch was not meant to be a boss. He provided good advice to Oswald in 1x16 and 2x5. But his time as boss was him laying around with Tabitha and letting his nephew deal hallucogenic drugs. Also, from the pilot we know that Butch does not like cops. Crime bosses have to be friendly with the police. Butch is probably the strongest character without the Tetch virus or superpowers on the show. He was able to throw Zsasz in 3x5.

Also, Jerome was in a way responsible for the death of Penguin’s mother. Without pretending to save people from Jerome by killing him at the banquet, Theo Galavan would not have had the name recognition and popularity to run for mayor. He seemed to have plenty of money but if Penguin told the top criminals in Gotham that Theo Galavan was behind the Arkham escape that caused panic and hurt their businesses, then they would have killed Theo and his sister. Also, Tabitha was not diplomatic when meeting Penguin for the first time and was rather curt.

scarecrow and oswald both seem to be with jerrome/joker/whatever in this next episode but then scarecrow sprays ed. like. listen. i can’t handle oswald and ed not being on the same side right now. so. please, @ gotham, don’t make them on opposing sides.
