Icemav: I think when I am not thinking about how everyone else writes them I enjoy it. But now a days I am always worried I am doing it wrong. I think the long slow burn icemav in general is far more interesting. But I dunno, at the moment it's like in the middle of my ships. It's fine, just not my thing at the moment.

GooseMav: I personally would never write this as romo, but i can see it! The art of them is always so cute and I love it. Goose was clearly the most important person in Mav's life and Mav loved him. I like reading for this ship a lot more and I just... It's a perfect ship to me, add Carole and it is extra perfect. My beloved ship!

Les/Barry: Sorry was gonna answer this last night but I had to reread a few chapters of sin city's again! UHHHHH great, perfect ship, add Rob and it's more perfect. One of my otps. Is getting with Les gonna help Barry, yes and no, but yes. And It's so interesting, to see Barry loved for who he is. I love aus where Barry and Les just bond by sitting in silence, everything about them transcends words! Love that! If i saw fanart of them i might die? Yes yes. I am going faral so I gotta move on!

Ethan/Julia: Ya know maybe I would like this ship more if I liked mi3 more. It's fine, i can see why people like it, but it's not my thing as much.

No literally! Most of the letterboxd reviews that mention queercoding are actually talking about goosemav, but that didn’t translate to this site I guess!

THAT AND I'm quite fond of charliemav in the original tg86 script I don't like Icemav, which has been an interesting experience with how Icemav-focused this fandom can be LOL, GLAD TO SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE UNAFFECTED BY THEM!! Goose and Maverick <3 they're such silly billies, I watched tg86 expecting a queer-coded movie and I fully came out of it thinking people were talking about Goosemav. Found out I was wrong and it was an icemav thing LMFAO, BUT I ADORE GOOSEMAV!!
