AMAZON has become so integrated into American life and so has meta to some degree. What are our options to fuck with their money?

Nothing can truly replace Amazon which is the problem but shop small. We don't need everything immediately. Find a small business and order online from them. If they have instore places even better. Most of what is on Amazon is just junk and nicknacks. If you go to the stores on Amazon, see if they have their own website!!! If you can order directly from them, do it!

When it comes to streaming, as of right now, we still have many options. I just hate that there are exclusives on Amazon right now that I'm attached too.

When it comes to groceries, there are so many different delivery services now and more of them are accepting EBT. Find your local grocery!! If you can get to it, support it and shop there.

I also would encourage foreign friends to stop using American companies and social media as well!! If your country has their own social media join it and delete all meta accounts and delete Twitter. I was never on myspace so I don't know if that is a good place for people to migrate back to.

Sufi × Desi. Nothing else needs to be said. I first heard another iteration of this classic song at Global Village in Dubai. There were performances in the Pakistan Pavilion and they finished their show to this song. Transfixed is the word. The music and their coordinated Sufi dance, the costumes and the feel of the crowd. Even though just the song remains without all these other entrapments, I'm still transfixed.

The Fire Extinguisher In The Room

Let's address the fire extinguisher in the room. When I was shooting this photo at the Global Village in Dubai, I was irritated with the fire extinguisher. It was the only thing that was out of place it this photo. It was ruining the composition...

Adobe Lightroom's current AI tool would have easily removed this easily and I really wanted to use this here... But a thought came to me when I was about to do it. I don't want to be known as a photographer who remove items in photos. I can only go as far as light adjustments when post-processing photos. I want to maintain my photographs' integrity.

So I left the fire extinguisher alone... I see it as composition Wabi-Sabi, beauty in imperfection.
