Anunciados los artistas de temas para las películas de Girls und Panzer das Finale

La primera de las seis películas se estrenará el 9 de diciembre

La web oficial del Anime Girls und Panzer (Garupan) anunció el lunes a los artistas encargados de poner los temas de opening de su próximo proyecto de seis películas de Girls und Panzer Final Chapter (Girls und Panzer das Finale o Garupan Sai Shuushou). Sayaka Sasaki pondrá el tema de opening titulado "Grand symphony" para las primeras tres películas. Sasaki previamente interpreto la canción de "Anglerfish Dance" que esta parte de la historia del Anime para televisión original. ChouCho, que interpreto el tema de opening para el Anime de televisión y película del 2015 del Anime, regresará para poner el tema de opening de las últimas tres películas del proyecto.

La primera de las seis películas del proyecto se estrenará en cines de Japón el 9 de diciembre. 

El proyecto estará compuesto de seis partes de cuarenta minutos de duración cada una que se estrenarán en cines de Japón.

Girls und Panzer es originalmente un Anime para televisión que fue estrenado en el 2012 contando con 12 episodios de duración y 6 especiales. La franquicia ya ha sido adaptada a Manga tres veces y en una novela ligera. Una OVA con una historia original titulada Kore ga Hontou no Anzio-sen Desu!, se estreno en cines Japoneses en Noviembre del 2014.

Girls und Panzer der Film, la primera película de la franquicia, se estrenó en noviembre del 2015, y su versión Blu-ray incluyó una OVA en Mayo de este año.

Japan Box Office: Evangelion: 3.0+1.0's Domination Continues for Four Weeks

    In its fourth weekend of April 3-4, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time earned 320,547,250 yen (2.9 million USD) on 196,000 admissions. It was a huge 40 percent down from the previous weekend, but the film had still stayed at No.1 for four consecutive weeks.

  In total, the 155-minute film has sold 4,513,374 tickets and grossed 6,898,613,200 yen (62.5 million USD), continued renewing records for both attendance and revenue for the Evangelion franchise. Now it has become the 33rd top-grossing Japanese film of all-time, surpassing the 21st Detective Conan feature film in 2017, Detective Conan: The Crimson Love Letter. Considering the current box office pace, which is gradually slowing down, the film is likely to end its domestic run at around eight billion yen, about the same as Hideaki Anno's previous film Shin Godzilla in 2016.

    Meanwhile, the surprise has continued further into this week. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train earned a surprising 237 million yen (2.14 million yen) on 153,000 admission in its 25th weekend, jumping up to second from the previous weekend's third. Compared to the previous weekend, the attendance increased by 37 percent and the box-office revenue increased by an astonishing 39 percent. Its cumulative box office gross in Japan has now reached 39.4 billion yen (357 million USD), 600 million yen is needed to reach the historic 40 billion yen milestone.

    Eiga Healin' Good PreCure Yume no Machi de Kyun! tto GoGo! Daihenshin!!, the 28th feature film in the PreCure franchise, had kept its eighth position in its third weekend, bringing its total to 350 million yen (3.17 million USD). The third chapter of the six-part OVA series Girls und Panzer das Finale dropped to tenth from its opening weekend's sixth, with a total gross of 280 million yen (2.53 million USD).

Sentai has announced the acquisition of several anime titles:

HOUSTON, TX — August 20, 2021 — Sentai announced today that it acquired rights to highflying fantasy anime Drifting Dragons, produced by Polygon Pictures (Ajin: Demi-Human) and based on the manga of the same name by Taku Kuwabara.

The Quin Zaza airship sails the skies in pursuit of the deadliest (and tastiest) magical monsters in the blue: DRAGONS. While most people fear these scaly beasts, the crew of the Zaza specializes in bringing them down to earth to offer the world the medicine and food only dragons can provide. It’s a tough living, and the price for failure is all too often death, but the rewards for success are riches immeasurable — not to mention the most delicious cuisine around!

Drifting Dragons is directed by Tadahiro Yoshihira (Knights of Sidonia) while Makoto Uezu (Akame ga Kill!) provides the script and series composition. All-girl rock band Akai Ko-en performs “Zettai Reido,” the series’ ending theme song.

Drifting Dragons stars Tomoaki Maeno (Log Horizon) as Mika, Sora Amamiya (Punch Line) as Takita, Soma Saito (Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?) as Jiro and Kana Hanazawa (Senryu Girl) as Vanabelle.

Hitomi Tsukishiro may be the child of a family of witches, but after losing her ability to see color, she also lost her sense of magic. She also discovers fascinating drawings of a young man named Yuito Aoi. The moment Hitomi lays eyes on his work, colors flood back into view. But why do his drawings have this effect on Hitomi, and for what purpose has her grandmother sent her so far back in time? Sentai and streaming partner HIDIVE will distribute the series to audiences in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Scandinavia, Spain and Portugal.

Kakeru Miwa is an otherwise ordinary high school student, but a strange twist puts him on the front line in a supernatural battle against the menacing Oni. With the help of a fantastically powerful battle suit known as “Yoroi”, Kakeru joins an elite team that fights the monstrous Oni and defends humanity from otherworldly threats. The team is assigned to protect Oka Myojin, a shrine maiden who is prophesized to save the world, but she must perform a sacred ritual within Shikizakura, the horizon that connects the spiritual and physical world that lies somewhere amid the blooming cherry blossoms and the colorful autumn leaves. But in this world, the journey to destiny is hard-fought, winding and sometimes deadly.

To celebrate the setting in which Shikizakura takes place, members of the series’ production staff have all been sourced from the city of Nagoya. The staff includes directors Go Kurosaki and Shinya Sugai, art director Toshihiko Kojima, character designer Manabu Nakatake, and sound director Takumi Saito. BANANA FISH, Zero The Enforcer Win Fans' Votes for Tokyo Anime Award Festival

Tokyo Anime Award Festival has announced the top 100 anime titles (90 TV series and ten feature films) chosen by fans' online votes from a total of 524 titles aired/released in Japan between October 15, 2017, and October 13, 2018. A total number of votes cast between November 17 and December 24 was 397,145, which was the highest record in the award's 16-year history.

  From this 100 titles, the Grand Prix winners of "Anime of The Year" will be chosen by industry experts (producers, creators, broadcasters, critics, staff members of animation shops, etc.), while the winner of "Anime Fan Award" will be decided by another online votes by fans, which is scheduled to begin on January 14, 2019.
