Oh my God your giggle glow AU is something amazing! And ticklish Wukong is soooo cuuutee!! I can't wait to see Macaque in the same situation! Somebody needs to tickle that monkey, he deserves a good laugh!
Of course only if it is in your program to write about it.
Keep the good work! Amazing!
so i ended up getting DEEP into the mental idea of “what if the giggle glow au actually followed the events of season 3 more closely??” and then I put this fic into Red Son’s point of view and it got long enough that, yknow what, I put it onto AO3 as well.

Red Son sighed as he finished tying off the last knot to hold Macaque in place. The fire demon had been elected the one to tie the two uninvited demons up, via MK cheerfully bringing up how Red Son had ‘done such a good job of kidnapping everyone at the weather station’ and that he ‘must be really good with ropes, having been such a good villain’. It had prompted a few glares from Pigsy and the others, as well as a smirk from the at the time dogpiled upon Six Eared Macaque, and Red Son had rolled his eyes and quickly given in.
The Not-Mayor had been rather easy to tie up, unconscious as he was. Tang had instinctively picked up a candle holder and thrown it at the man on sight, knocking him out instantly. Either the Lady Bone Demon’s follower was simply that weak after having his powers sucked out of him, or the scholar had a lot more strength in him than he thought. Either way, it really only took a minute at most.
He had left the tied up Not-Mayor to the others, tuning out the sound of MK’s bored whistling and Pigsy rummaging around for some smelling salts (hey, they needed to be sure Tang didn’t put the guy they needed information from into a coma after all), and walked over to where Sandy had at the time been keeping the Six Eared Macaque still. Albeit, upon seeing him, Red Son had the sense that Macaque was simply allowing it to happen, the demon's cocky smirk still holding in place.
Even now, as he stood up from kneeling behind him after finishing the last knot, the demon was still using that fake, overly confident smirk, like he knew something everyone else didn’t. In all honesty, it ticked Red Son off a little.
Sighing again, refusing to let himself give in to the irritated want to start a fight now, when he needed to focus his energy into other matters, Red Son stood up-
And paused as he noticed Macaque’s ear twitch.
Now, Red Son had heard about the Six Eared Macaque before. A couple of mentions from his father, and a little bit of word-of-mouth from a few other demons he happened to occasionally hang out with or pass by. He was fairly sure there had been some form of energized conversation about the monkey demon once at one of his fathers parties way back when that had ended in a table being thrown halfway across the room, leading to an outright drunken brawl that Red Son had gladly jumped right into. (He’d gotten grounded by his mother for weeks as punishment for setting half the room on fire).
Surprisingly though, from all that he had heard over the years, not a single one of them had actually mentioned the reason behind the name.
Of course, at the time of first hearing about him, Red Son had merely assumed that the aforementioned Macaque just happened to have six ears, and that was all there was to it. But now, with the monkey sitting in front of him, it was plainly obvious that the Six Eared Macaque strangely only had two ears. It was confusing. It made no sense.
Maybe there was something special about his ears? Perhaps they could split into six, somehow, but Red Son couldn’t exactly see from a first glance how that could be possible… could there be some kind of slit in the skin that hid the other four ears, if he had them?
Red Son, normally, liked to think through his actions before he went through with them, unlike a certain delivery boy he happened to know.
But in this case, his scientific curiosity simply overpowered him.
Carefully, Red Son reached forwards and poked Macaque’s ear.
He had expected a reaction, possibly a hiss, or a warning growl, as was common with most demons when touched unexpectedly.
What he wasn’t expecting was a high-pitched shriek, and the bright silver flash that came with it.
Almost immediately, all other sounds in the room came to a stop, everyone turning to stare at the monkey and fire demon in the corner. Red Son had frozen, hand hovering above Macaque’s now constantly-twitching ear. Blinking spots out of his eyes and leaning to the side, Red Son was just able to see the wobbly smile on Macaque’s face- one completely different to the confidently cocky smirk he had been wearing a few moments ago- before Macaque shifted a little, burying the lower half of his face underneath of his scarf, hiding his mouth from view.
Glancing down, Red Son noted how Macaque’s hands had taken on a more shadowy form, before quickly restabilizing into their normal, more solid state. He had the feeling that, if the shadow demon’s hands had been free, he would’ve used them to cover his mouth instead.
“You alright over there?” Pigsy called, one eyebrow raised, a highly distrusting note to his voice. MK had already gotten up from his spot on the floor and was walking over, twirling the staff as he did so. Red Son wasn’t sure if he was doing it as a vague threat or simply because he constantly needed something to fiddle with. It was possibly both.
“Oh, I’m fine.” Red Son said, when Macaque didn’t immediately respond with gloating sass like he’d expected him to. “As for Macaque though…”
MK’s staff twirling paused, briefly, thrown off rhythm, before resuming.
“Is he injured?” He asked, and Red Son took a moment to consider his next course of action. Telling the truth off the bat, and letting this drop would be the easier option, and also lead to more time for planning, but a lie could be just the right thing for some well placed revenge…
The choice was easy to make.
“...Possibly. I’m not sure.” A lie. He knew full well why the monkey had reacted the way he had, it was fairly obvious. He locked eyes with MK, the Monkie Kid tilting his head in confusion as he managed to catch the mischievous glint in Red Son’s eyes. Carefully, Red Son reached out, lightly brushing against Macaque’s ear again.
This time, the shadow demon didn’t shriek, albeit he still seemingly hadn’t expected it to occur again, as his whole body jumped, before he was slouching down, his shoulders hiking up to almost reach his ears. A small glance down revealed that Macaque’s hands had once again turned to shadows. Red Son kept brushing up against Macaque’s ear, miming searching for an injury, and-
Macaque’s expression must’ve revealed something to MK about what exactly Red Son was doing, as he strode over and, completely ignoring the shadow demon’s glare, lightly touched Macaque’s other ear.
That seemed to be the breaking point for Macaque, as a soft silver glow, with a couple faint hints of purple pulsing from it every half second or so, started emanating from him.
And he started giggling.
It was muffled by the scarf, sure, but in the small, currently silent room, they could all hear it, and Macaque seemed almost pissed about it. He kicked his legs a little, tail thrashing, before giving up on muffling his laughter into his scarf as he started trying to turn his head from side to side to get away from Red Son and MK’s fingers.
“Hah, you’re just like Monkey King!” MK said, a smile on his face, and amidst his laughter, Macaque outright growled, making them both pause for a moment.
“Haven’t you two ever heard of personal space?” Macaque managed to wheeze between breaths, almost hissing at them. It would’ve been slightly intimidating if he hadn’t squeaked, flickering as MK and Red Son both resumed lightly tickling his ears. “H-hey-”
Abruptly, both Red Son and MK were cut off from their source of amusement, as Sandy effortlessly picked them up.
“You shouldn’t invade someone’s space like that.” Sandy said, setting them both down a slight distance away from Macaque, who hung his head, avoiding eye contact as he seemed to try and hide himself completely in his scarf. With his arms tied, he wasn’t doing a very good job of it.
“I was just fulfilling my scientific curiosity.” If asked, Red Son was not going to elaborate on what that meant. He didn’t want to sound stupid if the others already knew the secret of Macaque’s supposed six ears and found the answer obvious. “As for Noodle Boy over here-”
“It was just a lil bit of revenge.” MK shrugged, before glancing back over his shoulder at Macaque, who remained with his head down. “Which, I’m sure is a subject that Macaque over here knows well.”
“I’ll kill you.” Macaque finally said, lifting his head. “Seriously. I have a knife on me, I’ll do it.”
“Okay we’re confiscating that! Sandy if you’d please.”
“Sorry lil guy.” Sandy said, and Macaque yelped as Sandy picked him up, shaking him, a compass and a knife falling to the floor, both items being quickly picked up by Tang.
“Anything else we should know about?” MK asked the shadow demon as he was set down again, and raised an eyebrow when he got no answer, not really having expected one anyways. Still though, the Monkey King’s Successor’s face took on a slightly manic grin as he decided to lean into some mischief. “Like…. Out of scientific curiosity, when did you start glowing? You certainly never did that before.”
Red Son snorted hearing MK repeat his scientific curiosity excuse, but also fixed Macaque with a look, slightly interested in hearing the answer. The shadow monkey rolled his eyes, looking away from them, and Red Son had to admit, he took great pleasure in seeing the way Macaque’s entire body tensed as the fire demon took a step closer to him, hand outstretched in the direction of his ear.
“Wait- okay okay, it’s- Wukong is just contagious.” Is what Macaque finally hissed, “I only started… glowing because I was forced into close contact with his energy multiple times.”
“You talk about it like it’s a disease.” Red Son joked, MK muffling giggles and glowing slightly himself as Macaque glared at both of them.
“I hate you.” Macaque glared at the entire room. “All of you.”
“Sure sure. Sandy, put him in the time out corner.” MK said, waving a hand over his shoulder as he turned and walked away. Red Son remained, watching as Sandy gently picked Macaque up, setting him down in a corner and turning him around so that he faced the wall, gently patting him on the head as he did so. The shadow monkey didn’t struggle against this action at all.
Glancing down at the monkey’s hands revealed that they were once again stable.
Red Son hummed to himself. Macaque could probably escape from those ropes at any time.
The fact that he hadn’t yet, was either a testament to how much he wanted them to trust him, or to his stupidity.
Red Son wasn’t sure which.

more prowlbee cybertbeast au please 🙏, it's alright if you don't want to, I'm just asking :]
it's okay! i try to answer every ask i get so you'll get your answer sooner or later. :3
Bee is somewhat unaware of his crush on Prowl, and now that he can show himself without worry of being kicked out or killed he surely will sometimes get in his Beast alt or half-alt and put his feathers on display. He only really does this when he's alone with Prowl. He'll show off his biolights in the dark and even make those little floating lights.
Starborn Cyberbeasts are fond of their feathers- it's their pride and most cherished thing. Rarely does a Starborn let a stranger touch their feathers. Bee only lets 3 people touch his feathers; Bulkhead, Sari and Prowl. With anyone else he flinches away. Bulkhead only gently touches them and only when Bee says he can, he doesn't wanna overstep boundaries and those things look very fragile so he doesn't wanna break them. Sari loves to brush them but it's mostly Prowl that helps Bee with grooming them when it calls for help. Prowl is gentle and very careful, he loves to study the patterns and everything while he helps Bee. Of course he did have a minor sparkattack when he thought he pulled out a small bunch from his plume but don't worry, he didn't. Sometimes Bee needs to shed from the old and damaged feathers so they fall out and a day later there's new ones in place. Oddly enough, Bee allows Prowl to keep his feathers, usually he would throw them away but he makes an exeption for Prowl. The feathers lose their glow after being dropped, but they are just as pretty- they are this silver color that darkens depending on what angle you look at them. Prowl has a special box to keep all of the feathers Bee gives him safe.
Speaking of Prowl- he is the animal nerd and knows many facts about various animals. However there isn't much to learn about Cyberbeast, the only ever knowledge about them was from legends and really old archives. He sees many similarities between Cyberbeasts and earth animals, but he throws it under a rug cuz he "doesn't want to assume things" even tho Bee is literally trying to court him by animal kingdom laws.
I call it that Prowl would definitelly ask Bee what kinds of sounds he can make- his favorite is the chirping-purr sound when Bee's happy.
Bee is pulled to Prowl's room at least once a week to "gather information about Cyberbeasts cuz it might come in handy". In reality, he knows Prowl is mostly doing it for the sole purpose of staring at him in awe. Bee will get into his beast alts and sometimes half-alts and Prowl would study him and ask questions. He'd never admit but having Prowl's servos touching his plating in order to study him feels good.
Sometimes the study sessions would turn into play- Bee has found out Prowl was ticklish in some places so of course he's gonna torture him. One time Optimus wanted to send Prowl on patrol and he walked in on Bee in beast alt doing little bites while Prowl was pinned face down under him and giggling like crazy. He decided to go on patrol himself.
When they get together, Bee will surely put intentional displays for Prowl, at that point he would realize Prowl is into his bestial side and would playfully tease him about it when they want to have fun. Bee would also give him kisses- as in, he'll lick his faceplate. Be it short licks (normal kisses) or just a really long one to annoy him (big kiss).
Cyberbeasts have a way to mark what is theirs, they have a special moisture at the base of their plume and tail feathers that leaves a scent of the specific cyberbeast on anything they touch it with. I imagine Bee just nuzzling into Prowl when they're cuddling or playing to mark his claim on his mate.
Prowl- he loves to pet Bee, especially in his half-alt or beast alt- he has found his sweet spot behind his horns. Bee will go completely soft and wag his tail, he'd have the tip of his long glossa sticking out while he does the chirping-purr sounds, he might even stomp his leg. When he's just cybertronian he'll do similar, tip of his glossa out and chirping-purr. Prowl might or might not have done the baby voice with him when Bee in his beast alt was revelling in the affection and pets he provided.
Bee loves to be pet in general, when he's in his beast alt he'll ask about anyone to give him pets. It's often Sari that will openly give him pets and scritches, optionally a belly rub but when she's not around he'll go bug others- They'll give him a pat or two but nothing more, in those cases he'll go and find Prowl instead.
