Gigantamax Meowgue! (G-max meowth/tyrogue) I love how my phone's predictive text wanted me to write Tyrone so bad.

It's a fighting/normal type and it's abilities could include technician, guts, and unnerve.

I also may have had a similar incident to the last fusion occur wherein I may or may not have lost the shiny with a background on the original canvas, but thankfully, I already had it saved as a png this time.

i know what normal nickit are like but this one is weird not like bad weird but weird. it told me to put it down after i took the photo :( do you know anything??? oh simon wants to add something---

(okay so kidthorn thinks nickit are native but they aren't. don't worry about that. the main thing is that this one just Appeared the other day and we don't know where from besides that it was intended to be for blackthorn and she did accept? also it can talk which i am pretty sure is not normal. --simon)

Okay. Hmm. Well, that sure is a Nickit? Not sure what's going on with the coloring, it's not shiny, so either Leucistic or possible artic variance?

Nickit's don't have the ability to mimic human speech...possible zorua/zoroark ancestry then..

Nickit's also aren't usually that long, possible gigantimax meowth ancestry? Or furret. Unsure.

To be honest, to get a full idea of what is happening with this Nickit, I would need to do a DNA/Ancestry test of some kind...

meowth is a kantonian meowth.

meowth is a wild pokémon, and intends on keeping it that way.

meowth isn't "nameless"; his name IS meowth. he doesn't like being called anything else, no matter how well-intentioned the person nicknaming him is.

this cat can talk! it might surprise people that haven't met him before, but meowth does not hide this fact. he actually has a job on the side as a pokémon translator, if you're interested.

meowth is a wanted criminal. like, internationally wanted. though he may not have many wanted posters ( they don't want people turning in every meowth they can find, after all ) the effort needed to find all of his information is minimal. his list of crimes includes ( but isn't limited to ): theft, conspiracy, breaking and entering, fraud, incrimination, identity theft, impersonation, kidnapping, assault, and more.

much like his status as a wanted criminal, meowth is a loud and proud member of team rocket -- though he tends to overplay his importance in the organization, often claiming to be the boss's "right hand meowth" or "top cat."

meowth has difficulty getting along with partner pokémon of people he's close with. he gets jealous so easily and it takes him a bit of time for him to simmer down. he'll get used to it eventually.

meowth idolizes giovanni quite a bit, and desperately wants to do right by him even if meowth doesn't personally agree with everything rocket does.

meowth doesn't like battling on his own, and only gets involved if he feels like he HAS to.

though he is very emotional, meowth is generally a more logically charged person.

SEMI-PRIVATE KNOWLEDGE ( information lesser know )

meowth's expertise in engineering and robotics isn't something he often advertises, but he doesn't necessarily try to hide it either. the more time spent with him, the more likely you are to see him in action.

in a similar vein as the previous point, meowth knows how to pilot (or otherwise control) all of his contraptions, as well as knowing how to fly a hot air balloon and drive a car.

he absolutely does not get along with other meowth + their evolutions, regional variant or otherwise. he hates seeing other meowth get attention, it drives him up the fucking wall. he especially can't stand persian. the boss's persian is not an exception to this rule.

meowth ... isn't good in pokémon battles. though his claws are razor sharp and CAN pack quite a punch if he plays his cards right, he just doesn't have the same skill as other pokémon. he often attributes this to the time spent learning how to speak.

meowth has the gigantimax factor, making him physically unable to evolve into persian.

meowth does not WANT to evolve into persian.

because of his subpar battle skills, meowth can't handle gigantimaxing -- in the sense that 9 times out of 10, he will lose control of himself. too much power for him.

he's a softie. for as much fun as he has being bad, he's a softie. sob stories WILL earn you pity points and he WILL be more considerate and cooperative if you have one. he also accepts bribery and/or promises of personal gain.

if you aren't someone he cares about immensely, there is a nonzero chance he will betray you as soon as it's convenient for him. his allegiance is with team rocket, even if he's willing to cooperate with others when need be.

PRIVATE KNOWLEDGE ( information only specific people know )

meowth is 5 years old ( 36 cat years. ) he's been a member of team rocket for around 3 ½ of those years.

meowth's life before he joined team rocket is something he likes to keep to himself, even amongst the few people he cares very deeply for ( like jessie and james. ) he isn't particularly broken up about what happened or anything -- it's just one of those things he wants to stay private.

meowth was born in celadon city, kanto, and relocated to saffron city, kanto later in life, prior to joining team rocket. he learned how to walk and talk in saffron city.

abandonment issues.

he won't talk about it for fear of losing his job, but his feelings on team rocket as a whole are complicated. he doesn't mind most of it ( despite having a softer side, meowth gets a kick out of being almost cartoonishly evil ) but ... YEAH he's gonna have a little bit of an issue with selling pokémon. he IS one. he's willing to bend many of his morals for the sake of just getting by, but you'd be wrong to mistake that for heartlessness.

I can confirm. One of my rivals is a gym leader, and since he lives in Motostoke, he has a lot of early gym challengers come to him. For early trainers, he has a (galarian) meowth and a Togedemaru. Early challengers always state how easy and not that bad his gym was, but do you wanna know something? His fill team is a Metagross (who can mega evolve, but that's not allowed in the Galar League), Scizzor, Aggron, Gigalith, Excadrill, and Tyrantrum. And that's just the team he did the gym challenge himself with! I'm pretty sure he has a Coalossal that can gigantimax as well! He says he goes easy in challengers because he's required to, and because he wants them to experience the thrill of future challenges like he did. It's not because he doesn't know what he's doing. Trust me.

Sometimes I see people bragging about how they beat gym leaders when they were 10 and its like... oh buddy. It's a fairly common practice for them to scale themselves back depending on experience. Did you not notice how the more gyms you completed, the tougher and more Pokémon they had on their teams?

They didn't get to the position of gym leader because they had two Pokémon level 10 and 15 😭 They often have MULTIPLE Pokémon and two different trainers can have a battle with the same gym leader but face different levels and numbers of Pokémon.

The purpose of the gym challenge is supposed to prepare you for what comes next! The elite four before the champion, a tournament, whatever. These gym leaders could be potential champions.

Not every region works like this ofc, but you likely weren't that amazing a kid/teen. The adults and leaders around you just gave you an appropriate challenge to drive you forward.
