in the version of Ghosts that lives in my head, this is Mike and Alison on vacation in NYC vidcalling back home (they set up a whole construction for a phone in the ball room that's always charging and without screen lock so Julian can answer easier). It's been precisely 48 hours since they've left Britain and everyone's missed them terribly. Alison tells them about their journey and shows them impressions of New York on vidcall. Both the younger ghosts who were familiar with what a metropolis NYC is, as well as the older ghosts who weren't, are a bit in awe and feel maybe just a fraction more alive for a moment.

Thinking about how Matt Taylor is the most underrated Until Dawn character.

He's presented as a stereotypical jock. He's referred to as one of the nicer characters by other characters. He holds the camera during the prank. His options are extremely polarizing. Everyone calls him stupid and "brawn and no brains". He guesses that Josh could of put a bloody pig head in the snow. He locates the fire tower on the map first.

He has a girlboss girlfriend who treats him as a rebound. He can confront Emily on her shit as she clings to life from a falling tower. He can tell her that he wants to be called a goddamn human being. He can accuse her of cheating as she begs for forgiveness. He can survive a burning falling tower (usually). He's only 18 years old. He sucks at flirting.

He can be protective over Jess in the mines when they find each other. He can impulsively mislead her and leave her to die so he can buy time for himself. He's extremely charitable. He's naïve and susceptible to peer pressure. He never acknowledges his involvement in the prank. God.

Some Spooker headcanons and stuff because I love him to death. Basically his whole life story

As I said in a previous post, I think Spooker is extremely grateful towards Ghost and Toast for providing him with a place to live comfortably and safely

This is because I think as a kid his parents were pretty neglectful, his mom loved him but I don't think Chakalata Soup especially was ever really around honestly. He had a roof over his head and food on the table but not much else, especially when it came to emotional support. He spent a lot of his childhood feeling quite a bit isolated especially since he's trans and always kind of knew he wasn't like other kids

I think he was kind of the "weird" kid growing up, not in the like "oh that kid us weird/creepy we should stay away from him" kind of way but in a "oh look at this obviously neurodivergent queer kid" kind of way

He didn't like being at home with his parents cause he always felt like he wasn't really appreciated and truly cared for and he eventually moved out but. Yknow. Being a young neurodivergent, trans, queer adult in the big world all alone is hard (and god forbid you be a struggling artist too) and he had a lot of struggles, taking on whatever jobs he could find

Let me tell you when he found that ghost hunting job he was ecstatic! Ghost didn't like him much at first (he thought Spooker was annoying, but Spooker was used to people finding him annoying) but despite that he was insistent about being a ghost hunter and becoming a member of PIE, he really liked it and thought it was fun! And he didn't want to give up such an opportunity, especially after meeting Colon and immediately hitting it off with him

Ghost eventually warms up to him a lot, Toast and Colon both get along with Spooker great right off the bat. After learning Spooker's life situation I think Ghost and Toast really felt for Spooker and let him stay with them (eventually becoming his permanent home)

I think they all like to buy Spooker lots of gifts to remind him and he's loved and appreciated and wanted by them and I think Spooker would trade his whole life away if it meant he could ever repay them for their kindness and giving him such a warm and welcoming home to live in

Spooker loves those three to death and they love him too and I don't think any of then would trade eachother away for anything

It's spring time and the Mosslings start waking up from their winter nap. They are ancient being so one winter is really nothing but a short nap for them. They have seen countless of seasons change but they're always as delighted to see the first signs of spring. 🌱

Hi! I don’t really make posts about the shenanigans I get up to nowadays, but for the past year or so me and six other friends have been pouring our heart and soul into a neat little indie project called “Project Ghostie”. It’s a mystery/comedy/minor dystopia audio drama about a found family of graffiti artist ghosts trying to discover how they died. The entire story is seen through the perspective of a reporter character aka the viewer! I would absolutely love it if you guys would give the first episode a quick watch/listen, as I am the co-creator and one of the main VA’s of the show! 

So, if you like:

Shows made by queer people (all of our VA’s are trans and queer! With the creators being an Aroace demi-guy and a beloved unlabeled king :) )

Shows featuring queer characters (We have main characters that use a variety of pronouns including it/its, they/she/he, he/they, and they/them!)

Shows focused on found family dynamics instead of romance (I as the head writer am aroace and can 100% guarantee there will be no romance plots in this show and instead just a lot of family dynamics and friendships)

Shows with anti-capitalist themes and crime (yippee!)

Shows with cool silly references (Our banner totally doesn’t features refs to a mcyt creator I adore or a fake singer with blue pigtails hehe)

Shows that you can listen to and/or read! (Yup! Don’t wanna listen to Project Ghostie? We have a fully written/novelized version instead you can read for free! Link to it is in the video description :D)

Shows that can GUARANTEE no AI used ever in the creative process (This series will never feature or endorse generative AI in its writing, art-making, or voice acting process. Fuck generative AI, that shit can burn in hell)

Shows that can be enjoyed by ANY kind of viewer (I used to listen to a lot of audio dramas that had a character that was supposed to ‘be’ the viewer, yet never really encompassed everyone. So, I've done my best to make the viewer's character (known as just “the reporter”) fit people of almost any gender (they are referred to with they/them pronouns), weight, race, background, etc!)
