There is something that Jiksa does always which involves me losing the function to function. She evokes characters with clarity and warmth and is so skilled she never fails to win me over to ships I would never have ever considered. Also, Gryles - Such Sweet Sorrow and Nick/Gemma Rooftops and rowboats (you’ll see what I mean)

Metal Heart by ymorton / @ihavea1dbloghelpSummary: Vegas au! This was originally based off an amazing drawing from seancodydirection and then became really long and strange. Please just suspend all disbelief about everything, especially: how blackjack works, casino policy, how Nick would make money as a blackjack dealer, the logistics of dance floor fingering, and One Direction hiring only a male stripper.

An AU that is very immersive and just somehow perfect in it’s sweat and glimmers of gold and glances to the vast emptiness.

I think about this ‘verse almost every day. It’s gorgeous and comforting and I love how @magicalrocketships always writes with such generosity and acceptance for her characters. Also, Not Your Fault But Mine which is part of a patch on my stitched together heart.
