Some minor things about Clara’s bio that might be confusing, clarified.

Was Clara adopted by Joseph/is she part of the family in any way?

-No, Clara is not a member of the Joestar family. While taken care of on her time off by Suzi Q and Joseph, she is not a family member legally or otherwise. They are simply caretakers due to having experience with caring for a girl (Holy), custody of Clara is on record the Speedwagon Foundation. She calls them Nonna and Nonno (Grandma and Grandpa in Italian) as a form of respect, not a family bond. Like how in some countries, you call someone older than you ‘auntie’ or ‘uncle’. Her legal name is ‘Zeppeli’, as stated in her bio. The only family Clara acknowledges is Bella (the tigress who raised her as a daughter), and Giseppi (Bella’s remaining biological cub). Also her biological father, who Clara gave herself to the foundation to protect. Due to the former, Clara is considered partially feral (the Alagona family servants and zookeepers still fed and kept up human contact, but Bella the tigress was the one to truly ‘raise’ Clara). Long story short, the Joestars are simply her babysitters. Her family is a pair of tigers and an absent dad.

If her first appearance is in Stardust Crusaders, why is her stand (and her brother’s) not a tarot card?

-Her name is Clara, and Giseppi’s stand is a giant nutcracker. Also Joseph is canonically a massive goof.
