How does it feel to be helpless? How does it feel to know pain?! I watched my friends die in horror- Crying as they were all slain!

Thinking about the final confrontation between Rhenn and Joko again. Rhenn manages to break Joko's hold on him, laying into him with his fully charged hammer, seeking something - anything - to dull the aching in his chest from having to kill dozens of Awakened Inquest, people he knew that his father had forced to be there, on top of killing his own father.

All while having to see the girl he sees as a baby sister and the woman he loves more than his own life suffer at both Prikk's hands and, by extension, Joko.

I think he deserves a little payback before Aurene gets her snack.

The Mouth of Mordremoth

This Elder Dragon from GUILD WARS 2 still intrigues me to this day. The fact that it used to be corporeal, before 'growing into' the Heart of Maguuma itself, present within the vines and only physically manifest as the Mouth, makes me wonder what it really used to look like before all that.

Overseer Khialli

Formerly the overseer of the Thaumanova research facility, the catastrophic explosion required a scapegoat when Yahk had to go before the council... and that scapegoat was the overseer who had agreed to Ceara's involvement at the facility.

Too valuable to kill or demote, Khialli was instead moved to overseer of a small, inconsequential research facility in the Brisban Wildlands after getting publicly humiliated for her transgressions.

Furious with the Inquest but seeing no other way forward, she's just been stewing silently, trying to come up with a plan.
