Nickname Head-canons for Gojo and Geto! ❤️
Gojo would absolutely combine his love of sweets and his love for Reader into his nicknames for her; calling her things like Lollipop, Cupcake, or even Ichigo. (Literally Japanese for strawberry.) He would steal candy or other treats straight from her mouth, just so that he could tell her how much sweeter it tastes when eaten from her lips, and you just know he'd be the type to want to try using chocolate and/or whipped cream during sex, smearing it everywhere and then insisting on licking up every single last drop from her body.

Geto would be much more traditional in his choice of nicknames; calling her Angel, Baby-Girl, and Sweetheart, but he'd always say it with such reverence and tenderness that it would never feel boring or lazy. But whereas Satoru rarely ever breaks away from his usual choice of nicknames, Suguru would be the one to call her things like Slut, and a needy little whore, during sex. He likes the dirty talk when he really gets into it, and while he never goes too hard on the degradation, he does like to get at least a little bit mean. But the sweet and gentle names always return the moment the deed is done and he comes down from the high.

Note
I'm a little confused. I thought the quote is something along the lines of "Gojo cannot be committed/loyal to a woman." So I ran the idea that he is married to the job or he is absolutely loyal to Geto and Geto alone. So it was really him being a womanizer or being a flirt? I could see the latter working because Gojo is always flirtatious with his lack of boundaries and personal space towards everyone except Shoko [who he respects a lot].
As for Geto being more desirable than Gojo, it is realistic in terms of Japanese culture and taste in general.
Geto IS the ideal guy for majority of the Japanese irl - tall, dark, handsome, hardworking, and polite. The "hardworking" and "polite" parts are extremely important. He follows the expectations of how a good man in Japan should be. Another thing is... a large portion of the Japanese people are still mildly xenophobic. Geto looks Japanese without question which ordinary citizens in Japan would naturally gravitate towards to.
Meanwhile, Gojo is realistically the kind of guy that the typical Japanese would dislike at best and hate at worst for personality alone. He is loud and proud and very touchy-feely - all of which are anathema to standard Japanese social cues. Him looking more like a foreigner with his hair and eye color wouldn't have helped.
And, fairly enough, Gege does realistically show that without fail in the story.
Gojo is hated by the majority of the sorcerers and is just tolerated for his powers & status only. Only a handful really likes him for him - abrasive personality and antics and all.
For non-sorcerers, Gojo is still appealing because he is strikingly pretty. He could be seen as "exotic" with his foreigner-like looks which give leeway for his attitude to be seen as refreshing. They'd probably eventually hate him in large doses of interactions tho because he is very un-Japanese with his behavior.
*With his blindfold on and his baggy clothes, he's seen as a weirdo in canon.
Tbh, I headcanon that scene in Hidden Inventory as: regardless of whether it was Gojo or Geto that barging in, the students would still squee at seeing a hot guy. However, the teacher would react differently.
In canon, the teacher gave Gojo her number. I think maybe it's because she perceived him as "exotic" and, therefore, more willing to date a "desperate" teacher like her.
If Geto had been the one to barge in, she would still admire him and hope to date him but she would absolutely not try and give him her number. He would be too respectable or "out of her league" in her perspective to do that. It would just be embarrassing for her.
So... yeah. @le-panda-chocovore's tags are accurate. Realistically in Japan, Gojo would be more of a desirable one night stand or arm candy. Geto would be the one they'd want to take home to meet their parents and eventually marry.
something I wanted to understand, the author said that satoru was quite a womanizer, but then he said that geto was much more popular among women than saturo I didn't understand
short answer: that was gege's way of nicely saying gojo is a slut and suguru is a malewife
long answer: basically satoru has a reputation of being a womanizer so obviously women who want him know what they're signing themselves for, and that also means there will be people who don't like him like yk how people hate playboys? yeah that kind. Meanwhile suguru is your typical mysterious sweet smile softboy persona. He's popular, he's friends with everyone and somehow still down to earth (compare this with gojo's bratty anecdotes). You see where I am going at from this? because those traits do make him very desirable. All in all they're two different types of charming and thirst worthy and someone like suguru who doesn't have a bad rep is most likely to have more like rate than someone who's a known womanizer.
