Plot: While Liam’s fixing his cars you are always found at the skatepark with your best friend Keegan, people online start to assume there’s a little more to that friendship than friends …

It was a normal Friday, and you were in Australia with Keegan. Liam was at the track for the Australian Grand Prix watching FP1 and you and Keegan had been invited by Quadrant.

You’d met through both winning Gold in 2021 at the Tokyo Olympics and had been friends ever since. When Keegan got the offer of Quadrant he said he’d only accept if they made you part of it too.

Lando and Max had in fact met you before Keegan asked for you to be part of the Quadrant Athletes having been to many F1 races with your boyfriend Liam since 2022.

You weren’t at the GP yet because you and Keegan were shooting stuff for Quadrant with Max and Ria. You and Keegan were always goofing around trying to be better than the other one or just making fun of one another.

Your relationship with Keegan was so pure. He was one of those people that you only met once in that lifeline and you hoped to meet again in another.

You knew Keegan before Liam, so naturally you guys had more inside jokes, more banter. Whereas your relationship with Liam was everything you looked for in a partner.

He took care of you, always made sure to know your worth, and eventually (when you agreed to come to races with him) showed you the world.

But some people saw you and Keegs and thought there was more to it than just friends. And it annoyed Liam more than anything.

Of course Liam didn’t care that you were friends with Keegan and he’d never ever try to come between that friendship because he wasn’t the first one there, Keegan was. But it irked him just how hard the media shipped you too.

It got to the point where he was hard-launching your relationship once a week, again and again even though it was out there that you were a couple and had been since 2022.

“Are we finally done! I need a shower now!” You complain having built up a sweat from all the fun things you’d filmed.

“Yea, all wrapped up!” Max smiles and you pull Keegan into an exhausted hug thankful that this part of the day was over. You really just wanted to go to the track now and be with Liam.

Little did you all know but Ria filmed the hug, posting it on her story and Quadrants story to let people know that you were completely done filming with the day.

“Thank god!” You groan, trotting off to the rental car Max had and jumping in the back. Keegan in tow behind you taking the seat next to you.

“So who wants to put money in a Max Verstappen win?” You ask on the drive back.

“Nah im putting money on my boy Lando!” Keegan smiles.

“I’m being realistic and I’ll join in an say Max. But Lan to get a podium!” Max chuckles from the drivers seat.

“Mmm yeah I’m gonna also put money on Max, but Ferrari are looking good” Ria expresses and you nod, knowing people were in fact slowly but surely catching up with Red Bull.

“Oh Max! Is P gonna be there! I haven’t seen her for ages!” You complain wanting to see his girlfriend.

“Yeah she’s at the hotel now, she had a bit of a headache this morning so she didn’t come!” He says looking at you through the rear view mirror to see you pout!

You guys venture back to the hotel, getting ready before all walking to the race track having a close hotel.

“Baby!” You cry running away from the group seeing Liam say outside the RB hospitality with Daniel and Yuki.

“Hey Y/N” he says his tone a little off.

“What’s the matter?” You ask frowning and pouting at him. He never acted like this.

“Nothing” he smiles and you look at Yuki and Daniel who are doing everything to avoid eye contact with you.

“Liam…” you say and he squirms a little bit because you never used his name at all. Even if it was a silly stupid nickname like Li, or Iams (like the cat food brand) to the usual pet names.

Daniel and Yuki slowly left not wanting to be around for the growing tension they could sense.

“What is going on? I’m sorry I wasn’t here this morning if that’s why your pissy but you knew I was filming with Keegan and Max!” you exclaim thinking it must be that you hadn’t been there when he first woke up.

“Mmmm you and Keegan have fun?” He asks forcing your best friends name out with an almost grit.

“I mean - yeah? No more than we usually do…” you offer looking at him.

“Why do you care so much about Keegan today. You never normally have an issue!” You ask with all seriousness, normally you’d laugh.

Liam gets out his phone with a groan showing you the video circling of your and Keegan from Quadrants post on Twitter, so many of the comments were shipping you guys.

“Baby … you know Keegan is my best friend … and there always coming up with new weird shit! You know there’s even fanfics of us now?” You laugh but he doesn’t seem amused.

“Are you being for fucking real right now Liam! It’s the media … they spin anything they fucking can. Do you not feel secure in this relationship? Do you not trust me?” You ask a disappointed look on your face. You genuinely couldn’t believe him right now.

“Honey, what? Of course I trust you! But it just hurts seeing that people think you’d be better off with some other guy than me” he huffs out.

“Liam, look at me!” You say holding his face in both your hands forcing him to look at you.

“I chose you, all those years ago and I’m choosing you today and I’ll choose you tomorrow! You Liam Lawson are the love of my life! And I won’t have you being a mopey little baby over the media and Keegan!” You say before pulling him into a kiss, you can feel him smiling into it making you pull back and look at the new and dare you ay improved expression on his face.

“I love you” he admits holding you tightly in a hug.

“I love you too, my jealous driver” you grin teasingly making him shake his head.

Waking up in the void is literally the easiest thing. Im not an expert or a coach in this. If you feel like it doesn't resonate with you, please don't mind it. I'm not forcing anyone to follow the same method i say. You are the god! And you create your own way of everything.

Waking up in the void is easy. It's so easy just like walking into another room. Mostly i recommend you to try void state at night because that will be easy for you to get into the void and then sleep. First things first!

Hear songs or subliminals (if you are ok with it) calm your mind, bring your mind to a peaceful state. Remember you are the one who is creating every moment of your life. Feel free to do anything you like .

Lay down in a comfortable Position which you like. Do some meditation if you like.

Take deep breaths, and affirm that you get into void.(for void Affirmations check down). Relax. Relax. Relax. Don't rush yourself. You are already in the void .

You are getting into void now!

Void is that,you are in your body but now you are your subconscious. Normally we order our subconscious mind but in the void you are the subconscious.

It feels like a desolate place within. In simple words, you feel hollow.

After you enter your void state, you gonna affirm whatever you want like desired body , specific person, desired life , money, or whatever you want!!

After Affirming and stuffs you may feel a Lil tired and exhausted now you're going to sleep.

It's a sad thing to see the excuse of shitty male behavior. Worst thing is it starts in childhood and then for the person it's just normal to be treated like that because well- it is how it is. It's how men are or how boys are. Women are conditioned to let it slide while men are conditioned to be more dominant and demand more and it's unhealthy for everyone included. 2009 on youtube was a wild west. anybody remember youtube streams? not, like, Youtube Gaming, i mean youtube used to have an official built-in version of rabb.it/hyperbeam/etc. like you could just.. browse rooms and join them and chat with people while playing videos

that was how i met my longest-running rp group. there was a whole group of, like, gimmick accounts of "i'm This Character and i'm going to comment on videos in-character! also we have a stream room where everybody hangs out :3" and my long-time friend ran one of those for Ninten. and i made an oc and made her a youtube account (which i dont think i have access to anymore, agh) and joined the stream and would rp with everybody

and i met. so many people through that. and also it was a whole nest of drama which ended in me being losing contact with basically everybody from that era except for One Person i have friended on discord and dont talk to because we're chronically awkward and i was a walking disaster when i was 13

(wait oh my god they were ALSO part of Contact. their character made it into both fic attempts, even. i dont think we're tumblr mutuals anymore since we remade though ahaheh ;;)

um. anyway. the whole.. origin.. of KL was that whenever somebody was inappropriate in chat or played a Bad Video or changed the background to Something NSFW (because anybody in the stream could upload an image url to change the page background!!) my response would be

so when the group splintered and my corner of the squad made our own stream room, eventually it got named Kurousu's Lair

..anyway, this was where the rp that i fanfic-ified into Contact happened. in a youtube stream chat. one of the IAms was a big Homeworld fan and was doing a villain arc with his guy who was like, the leader of the Hiigaran Empire and friends with Ninten before he got possessed or something, and so he set up a rp where earth got sieged by the hiigarans and a handful of survivors banded together to try and stop Jaraci before humanity was completely wiped out

and so that guy, who also roleplayed the other main protag Elohim, uploaded a video that was his character's theme song and it had a bunch of Homeworld concept art and space photos and stuff and gave us the annotation link so we could put funny speech bubbles on it of ellis yelling and being very normal about everything

all of that is long gone now. the only bits of that era that remain are me telling stories like this, some ocs, some accounts, and that video.

(i remember this specific image being, like, contextualized as them maybe stealing one of the hiigaran ships? and ellis yelling at elohim over it. my memory is basically gone past that though, and the annotations have been wiped for a decade by now.)

Last Movie: Glass Onion

I almost never watch movies anymore who has the time but boy and I watched this together while I was recovering from a hospital stay and it was incredible. I love the plot, the cinematography and color design was to die for, costuming had me absolutely *drooling* I could go on and on. If you haven’t watched it, I highly recommend.

We love winners, even though they’re very rarely particularly likeable people. They’re almost always obsessive and selfish and inconsiderate. That doesn’t matter. We forgive them. We like them while they’re winning.

Yeah I’m reading it for the second time in less than a year it’s fine. Idk guys you can just fit *so much* character dynamic, development, and moral quandaries in these little hockey guys and the little hockey town they live in. I can’t recommend Backman’s work enough, especially Beartown, it’s such an important book.

I I about to fucking loose my shit you have no idea how perfectly WTSS lines up with Epic The Musical of my fucking god. ET's Coffee Shop (the OC project based off of WTSS) is better (similar theme of what it means to be human and the moral consequences of casting that humanity aside) but WTSS still works perfectly because all the characters are the same. Iam loosing my mind. Holy fuck. Anyways can I hear your thoughts on Epic and the Masked Epic AU

Okie dokie! Sounds good! My thoughts on Epic, eh?

Ugh. Ogh. Oh my goodness. I ADORE Epic. More than you can comprehend. I’m no music scientist, but I can tell that so much incredible work and thought is being put into every track- and I cannot even comprehend how you can find people with voices THAT incredible. I think I have gender envy for Athena’s voice. And don’t get me STARTED on the clip for Antinous. Oughhhhhhh.

As for the theming, I am utterly FASCINATED by the subversion of themes you’d normally find in a story like this. Epic starts out with what would seem like Odysseus’s hero’s journey- the end of the Trojan War and the start of his journey home. But what we find as the story unfolds is not that he is proving himself a hero, he is proving himself a monster.

Epic has this really interesting focus on humanity being equated to powerlessness. It is always “I’m/You’re just a man.” You could be so much more, but you’re held back by your humanity. Sparing someone isn’t mercy upon them, ruthlessness is mercy upon ourselves. You are not a hero for letting someone else live, you are a hero for fighting to get what you want and protecting others, no matter the cruelty. Everything about Epic is about power and protection and the consequences of failure, and how a man has to change to a monster in order to get what he wants.

And it makes me FUCKING INSANE.

Btw, some of my top favorite songs are Just A Man, My Goodbye, Ruthlessness, and No Longer You. (I’m sure there’s a pattern in there somewhere.) My favorite saga is the Cyclops saga- four straight bangers one after the other. Exquisite.

As for my Epic Masked au, that will require a longer explanation, and I’ve already rambled a decent amount, so I’ve placed all my thoughts under the cut!

The story of the au just follows Epic, to be honest; I’m just inserting Masked characters into the roles they best fit in. Unfortunately, some of these characters are spoilers to Masked lore… so whenever I discuss a role that would have a spoiler character, I’ll talk about something else instead.

That something else will be the production of The Odyssey that my theater group put on in the Fall of 2023, since it’s a different adaptation of the same story as Epic. Yes, I’m still obsessed with my own damn play, but it was AWESOME. I played Tiresias and I SLAYED SO HARD. I could ramble about it forever and I wish I could show the amazing pictures of it, but… sigh. Giving some light details about it are all I can supply you with, unfortunately.

Anyway! This is the au’s cast:

-Odysseus: Our first spoiler character. I wish I didn’t have to redact who the main guy would be, but he’s a walking disruption to my plans. Anyway! In my play’s production of the Odyssey, Odysseus was so so good. Unfortunately, even as the main guy, his character didn’t stick out to me as much as the others… BUT it was excellent. He got this really cool cape that unfortunately got messed up the day we did our photoshoot and eventually fell off his back at the end of the play, but the cape was fine for the rest of the shows!

Penelope: Our second spoiler! How tragic. Oh well. As much as I’d like to credit Odysseus as the star of the show, our production was rewritten to give Penelope a major focus as well. I adore her character for our play- she was a boundlessly patient and wise woman, endlessly strong for upholding her family even in the face of Antinous and her abuse. I’m unable to think of Penelope as a character without thinking of her opening lines in the play. “Patiently I wait, with my eyes ever fixed to the violet seas for my one true love’s dark sails to brighten Ithaca’s shores once again.” So melancholy…

Telemachus: …ah, also a spoiler. Ahem. Thanks to this rewritten version of the Odyssey focusing more on what was happening in Ithaca, we get to see more of Telemachus as a character, too. Telemachus holds a special place in my heart, since I was cast as his understudy! I never went on as him, thank goodness, I could not memorize all those lines… my overstudy was so so talented… anyway, Telemachus’s costume made him look like Jesus.

Athena: THANK GOD. I can tell you this one! The Twilight Goat plays the role of Athena. I see the Twilight Goat as a very wise, almost sage-like character, so she was suitable to be Athena. Thanks to Epic’s interesting interpretation, Epic!TwiGoat has a different personality than in Masked, but who knows if I’ll ever get the chance to show off either…

Polites: Hm. The guy who eats the lotus flowers, falls under their spell, and then later  dies prematurely and haunts the narrative? Of COURSE it has to be Karmin. On the bright side, this is finally a Karmin that has no malicious intentions! Tragic that she’s doomed by all of the narratives forever. Womp womp </3

Eurylochus: Timmy. Spoilers for the Odyssey, but considering that he gets struck down by Zeus after eating Helios’s cows… and that’s the closest I can get to recreating death via electrical fire… yeah, it works.

Polyphemus: This might seem like an odd choice, but I have Ichor as Polyphemus. If you asked Ichor, they would wholeheartedly agree that living in a cave with a bunch of fluffy sheep is a quite lovely way to live. Just don’t tell them the fact that they will be reduced to one eye… and then zero… poor Ichor.

Aeolus: Again, an odd choice, but I have Outlander as Aeolus. My reasoning is that they have the same little guy energy. Sure, the argument could’ve been made that Ichor and Outlander could switch roles and it’d be the same, but I argue differently! Outlander as Polyphemus wouldn’t work no matter how badly I want to gouge his eye out of his socket, because Outlander is too proud to ever ask someone else to get his revenge for him.

Poseidon: Ohoho! I love this choice because it is simultaneously so obvious and so contradictory. Of course I had to have Shapeshifter as Poseidon. Having Shapeshifter be an antagonist and cause boundless destruction is such a fun concept! This choice is heavily inspired by the nature of Poseidon in AnniFlamma’s Ruthlessness animatic- I ADORE the way Poseidon morphs throughout it. Go watch it. It’s so good. Besides, Shapeshifter could ROCK the amalgam sea creature look.

Circe: Florist. Lol. For the flower association. There’s clearly not a huge amount of thought put behind this one, but florist should count her lucky stars she’s getting a role in an au of mine. (Okay, that’s a lie, she has a major role in my Masked Pursuit au. Whatever.)

Hermes: This one will require some explanation. I have Devi as Hermes. Devi is a character that exists in the gray area of being an OC and not being one, since I am essentially reusing the design from the image lovingly dubbed by very normal AHiT fans as “Fox MJ”. Long story. Anyway, Devi and Hermes have the same vibes. I can completely picture Devi doing Hermes’s silly little giggle.

Tiresias: The Tiresias for this au is Partycrasher! Partycrasher is a VERY obscure cut character, but all you need to know is that it has connections to the afterlife in Masked, so it made sense to have it be the spooky dead prophet.

Calypso: Ah, we run into another spoiler. Damn, and I was being so good at avoiding those! Oh well, back to yapping about my play! The costume for Calypso was so pretty. SO DAMN PRETTY. Actually, all the goddesses in the play (Athena, Circe, Calypso) had THE most STUNNING dresses and crowns/halos ever. Ohhhh my god. I wish everyone in the world could’ve seen this play. Wait not everyone in the world actually I take that back. Never mind I’m embarrassed now. Moving on.

Antinous: My funniest character choice for this au… which I cannot tell you because they are a spoiler. Ugh. So anyway, having Ithaca being a central focus for the play really gave Antinous a lot of time to shine as an antagonist. He was ruthless and abusive, and a complete and utter monster. Which might’ve been chill for him in Epic, but in our production, he was brought to swift justice. Hooray!

Hephaestus: Thor. Since they’re both inventors, y’know. I’ll be real, I’m pretty sure Hephaestus will play a minimal role in Epic, so I don’t think I need to say much.

Unfortunately, those are all the characters I have figured out. I know there are more that need to be filled in- such as Anticleia and Laertes, Eurycleia, the rest of the goddamn pantheon, Scylla and Charybdis, and likely others that I cannot think of right now. I’ve only been using characters from Alpine and Subcon lore, cut characters, and OCs, but if worst comes to worst, I might have to use… (shudder…) characters from base AHiT…

…or I could get my friends’ permission to insert their OCs into Masked Epic au. Which would be really funny. Whatever. Maybe I won’t even finish with all the characters until after Epic is fully released! That’ll likely be what happens.

Those are my thoughts on the characters, and since it follows the same story, you can discern how all their arcs will go. But if you want some visual representation of them, luckily I’ve drafted a few designs!

This first one is for Odysseus- ah, wait. Wait. I can’t show that one. Hm. Well, then, (sound of rustling papers) Oh! I know! I can show you this comic of my designs for Penelope and Telemachus, using dialogue from my production of the Odyssey- oh, wait. I can’t show you that one either. Phooey. What else do I have?

Oh! OH! I know! I can show you the really cool designs I made for the gods! I drafted some really neat designs for TwiGoat, Devi, and Shapeshifter! I’m pretty proud of these, actually- I like how I merged their anthro aspects with the gods’ designs-

-um. Uh-oh. I lost the paper. Oh… man :( I’m genuinely really bummed out about that one. I wish I could find it… if I ever do, I will post those designs! This friggen’ sucks, though.

Luckily, though, I have other designs saved. Here’s a very rough draft of Partycrasher/Tiresias. I’m awful at coming up with outfits on my own, so the costume is heavily inspired by the costume I wore as Tiresias. In my defense, HEY, the costume ROCKED. The toga was the same design as all the others, just black, but I got extra accessories: crow feathers around my shoulders, and gauze to drape over my face and arms. It was AWESOME. Of COURSE I have to give that to Partycrasher too!

I also have a design for Karmin :) This doodle of her is when she is currently lotused. But look at her. Full of whimsy. Full of lotus. Nothing but flower petals in her brain. I adore her. I miss her. I need to draw Karmin more often, man. I love women.

Unfortunately, those are the only designs that survived… I still feel bad about the ones I lost. In compensation for that, here are some other drawings that aren’t necessarily related to Masked or the Odyssey, but are related to Epic.

Wait, compensation? What am I talking about? No. You should be grateful to ME that I am showing you these drawings! I am SO LOVINGLY BESTOWING these upon you! Look! Do you think I show my unfinished scribbles all willy-nilly? THOU SHALT GAZE UPON MY OCS, BOY, AND OBSERVE MINE DEMIGOD DUMBASSES.

Chapter two: from the rips of sadness

Jisoo was sitting in front of director of asylum in his office while hes checking her phile :

Mr jeong: your university phile is pretty impressive miss kim,and you seem very willing to get the job!

Jisoo with a confident smile: yes iam mr Jeong it my first job !

Mr jeong: so you're accepted let me show you you're office and soon you have the first phile of your patient

Jisoo smiling: thank you sir i wont dissapoint you¡

They start walking into the large Hall shos fall with nurses and guards,it was a prison for criminals sho have mental health problems, mr jeong get into a private hall for doctors and open an empty room ,the walls of the room were brown and it had some plants and an office.

Mr jeong: i hope you feel comftarble in it and you can start bringing your things to the Office tomorrow

Jisoo: it more than perfect thank you ,dont worry I make myself comftarble

A nurse come it and give mr Jeong a phile and leave

Mr jeong: this is your first patient phile his name is park suho

Jisoo eyes light up:why did he come her

Mr jeong: killing a couple with a gun, his condition is confusing, hes got narcisstic personnality desorder with some psychopathy, i hope you could help him

She grab the phile from him: i do my best sir i wont disspoint you

Mr jeong:let meet suho then

They walked into a hall full with guards ,the guards open a one room when jisoo entered ,she felt such anxiety and pain inside her ,seeing the killer of her family that once was part from her family and betrayed her

Mr jeong: i leave to you from here good luck

He left then she entered the room sho was dark with no lightning until she noticed the glimpse of him sitting his hands tied in a chair looking into the floor

Jisoo sitted infront of him and said:suho you remember me ?

His eyes lighten up when he hear her voice

Suho with a smirk in his sculpted lips:Kim jisoo what are you doing here

Jisoo :iam your doctor

Suho lauphing: did you miss me that mush?

Jisoo with hate in her voice:not really

Suho :then you came for answers for why i killed your mommy and Daddy

Jisoo smiling: i Came to do my job only suho ,here IAm your doctor nothing more ,we have profesional relationship

Suho: god knows how mush i miss you,you changed you cut your hair ,you know how mush iloved your long hair

Jisoo :I couldn't care less as I said you're here to answer my questions

Suho smiling:dont deny you couldnt get over me i killed for you sho else could say that

She tighten her grip: let move into our questions, do you feel emotions regulary like a normal human?

Suho smiling: im not a human jisoo im a god

Jisoo: why you think youre a god ?

Suho:cause I saved you from your abusive parents If they were still alive you suffer and wont achieve your dreams they probaply would want you to marry your Rich ex

Jisoo: do you have thirst for creating justice by killing

Suho:things are different now before two years i wanted to create a family be a lawyer, move out with you ,get married and fuck you every friday night now all i dreamed of is seeing you again and i think im lucky cause i did

Jisoo : what your definition of love

Suho: if you love someone you will do the impossible for them even it mean not seeing them again, it mean setting them free from the prison of their life like I did to you

Jisoo: do you think I'm happy now?

Suho:no im kinda dissapointed you dont look happy more like waiting every day for your death

Jisoo: did your father was abusive to you

Suho:I remember us talking about my dad when we dated actually dad used to want me to be a perfect son but no one is perfect maybe he had a hope that one day I be a perfect child and make him proud in front of the world but I wonder if he would be proud of me now

Feeling jealous.

I asked chris is it normal to have this feeling. Because this feeling drives me mad to God.

It was this morning I woke up with feeling burden inside my head. I supposed to be happy for waking up early but its not. I was wake up with negative feeling.

Iam jealous to people. To those who have such a beautiful life. Who not worries that much about what happened tomorrow. Who have been raised from great parents and having a great support system. Who not doing too much efforts to have everything. Who marry to someone they loved easily.

What have I done so God gave this unfairness life to me.

I dont even remember when the last time I felt happy and smiling easily. From morning to the time I go to sleep all I had just worrying too much. And hurting.

I told chris. And he was right about what he saying.

I should count my blessings more, than complaining. I should feel blessed for what Ive I had. My family that never leave me eventhough sometimes I got tired of them, chris that always been there in my happiness and difficult time, and Ibrahim without he realized stopping me for doing something worse, and M I dont know who he is right now but sometimes he calmed me.

And my father who always watching me from above, that I really really really missed.
