Age Limitation: Around 45-50 years. Pay Scale | Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates. Experience: Around 20 years of experience in Fertilizer Marketing in one of the major Fertilizer Companies in India, out of which 10 years at Senior Level (Without any interruption) in Marketing of Urea / Complex Fertilizers. Role : Address the strategic business objectives through proactive Marketing Policies in the company to achieve Fertilizer’s Sales, Marketing, Business Developments and Distribution targets all over the India. Responsibilities : Contribute towards development of the short and medium term strategic plans. Direct the development of progressive Marketing policies in accordance with the growing needs of the business and for increasing operational efficiencies. Formulating and implementing Marketing policies/practices in accordance with the strategy determined by the Management. Develop and monitor Marketing Budgets. Personal Skills : In-depth knowledge of FICC policy / Issues. Fertilizer policy etc. Well versed knowledge of FCO / FCO norms etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, including dealing with Dept. of Fertilizer (GoI). Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making. Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. Position: Additional General Manager (Human Resources) - MP (181) Education Qualification: Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW / MPM / other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute / University. Preference would be given to Candidates having post-graduation from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Madras. Age Limitation: Around 45 years. Pay Scale | Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates. Experience: Around 15-20 years of experience, out of which 7 years at Senior Level in HR Dept. of large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for atleast 7 years in one organization at Senior level. Role : Address the strategic business objectives through proactive HR Policies & interventions and introduce & establish innovative HR practices in the company to enable building a performance driven culture and suitable Industrial Relations climate with all statutory compliance. Responsibilities : Contribute towards development of the short and medium term strategic plans. Direct the development of progressive HR policies in accordance with the growing needs of the business, employees and for increasing operational efficiencies. Formulating and implementing HR policies/practices in accordance with the strategy determined by the MD and the Board. Direct design and implementation of HRD initiatives. Track execution of all HR systems and processes to provide overall direction and initiate corrective measures. Interact periodically with workers and union leaders on all critical employees relations matters and execution of periodic agreements based on statutory norms, established practices and company policies. Implementation of welfare measures for all employees based on approved plans. Develop and monitor HR Budgets. Personal Skills : In-depth knowledge in formulating and implementing various HR strategies and systems in order to achieve the organization objectives. Well versed knowledge of labour laws. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels. Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making. Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. Position: Sr. Executive (Marketing) - MP (182) Education Qualification: MBA - Marketing from a recognized institute / university Preferably from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Madras with good academic track records. Age Limitation: Around 40 years Pay Scale | Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience Experience: Experience of Retail Marketing, Branding, Logistics and Supply Chain etc. will be preferred. Position: Market Analyst - MP (183) Education Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing / Statistics) / M.Sc. (Maths / Statistics) from reputed College / university. Preference shall be given to Graduate Chemical Engineer with MBA Age Limitation: Around 30 - 35 years Pay Scale | Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience Experience: Around 10 Years of Post Qualification Experience as Market Analyst in large leading chemical / petro-chemical industry having annual turnover more than Rs.1,000/- Crore. Role : This position requires a highly motivated and analytically strong Marketing Analyst. Who will work with our product marketing team and help them to make business decisions through varied data interpretations. The Market Analyst’s primary responsibility is to study, identify and act on market trends to grab business opportunities. Responsibilities : Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct. Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices. Additional responsibilities include providing technical and application expertise to Marketing teams, providing product support, and gathering competitive intelligence. This position requires a highly motivated and analytically strong Marketing Analyst. Skills: Should have in-depth knowledge of Chemical / Petro-Chemical market.
