Ok im actually curious abt how nebs thoughts towards ophie change from hallmark to hellbox- u dont have to go in depth im just very curiious abt it gfhgjkh
Ok so basically when she first met her she was like :O!! Cool mysterious mountain person!! After that she tried to befriend her by leaving her gifts like some little crow. She hoped it worked but it was never really clear? Whenever Ophie sent something back she got very excited though :]
But then the Cerulean happened. That kinda made things weird. Now that the Cerulean kinda connected their thoughts like a hivemind she got some feedback of what Ophie was thinking. It felt bad to know her thoughts but the Cerulean wanted that. She was too under its influence to try and block it out. In her moments of clarity she checked on Ophie first and foremost. She was always really concerned for her since she was the first infected and worse off of the two.
She never stopped worrying about her and trying to check on her. Even when the Cerulean took all of her energy. She managed to fly out from Gloria to see her. And when she found her that day in the attic, it broke her heart to pieces. She wanted so badly for her to be ok but there she was, gone. She buried her then and you know the rest.
Now on Hellbox she is very protective of Ophie. She feels like she failed her and wants to do better this time. She also considers her, currently, the only safe person. Neb can just let go a bit around Ophie, not mask everything up as often. It’s nice. She likes her a lot and hopes Ophie doesn’t mind her around.
