Curious what #gcau means

oo it stands for graveyard caretaker au, it's a damie au where jamie is a caretaker of a haunted graveyard/cemetery and takes care of the ghosts there and helps them pass on when they're ready like a living personification of death when one day the cemetery gets a new and far too pretty resident

it's about facing death and the inevitability of it and to still keep going anyways. it's about grief and memories and how ghosts process and manage the trauma of their own deaths and what they left behind and the horror and romance behind it all. it's about people who can't escape their fate and how the love was always there, it didn't anything but the love was still there. it's about a old cemetery and a lonely cottage and a ghostly black dog. it's about a local legend of a body in the woods. it's about falling in love with a ghost and grieving what could have been. it's the aftermath of a tragedy seeped with romance. it's me listening to the playlist on repeat and drowning in my feelings

She's a bit darker here which is purposeful, all she and all of the alpha crew in BB go through a specific arc and it's to show their change ::::D

Fun facts about her: She keeps track of things with sticky notes, what replaces her associated element is Sleep, and she still has Bec! Except his name in BB is GCAU- he's a caucasian shepherd dog, and he replaces GCAT's role. You might notice that his name is based off of RNA ::::)

Roodaka (GCAU Ver.) Final iteration. God this took fucking *forever* and is to date the most complicated TItan build I've ever done.

Look at this shit. There's no way to express how ridiculous this build is without opening it up like it's a dissection. The bar piece connections on the pelvis are two 1/2 pins facing *inward*, connecting to a 6536 technic/axle connector. I feel like both a genius and a dumbass who doesn't yet know how to properly configure something like this without it being a hot mess. But at least it works. I'm both proud and utterly exhausted. I'm glad it's over. I'm happy with the end result. I never wanna do something like this ever again.

That's two Vortixx mocs out of the way, I got two more to revamp and then hopefully I never have to touch the species again.

not a dumbass at all lol i tend to randomly tag new aus all the time and no one knows what the fuck i'm talking about. i've been asked about these two before but here's some more stuff about them anyways

gcau is graveyard caretaker au: jamie is the caretaker of a graveyard/cemetary and is a love letter to jamie’s devotion. we've got ghosts in a haunted cemetary, we've got a gothic romance, we've got some cottagecore vibes, we've got some bittersweet tragedy with a happy ending, we've got themes about life, death, and decay, and a sprinkle of magical realism???

and lgau is london gang au: this club has everything. exploration of jamie's childhood trauma, organized crime, murder and violence, jamie as a werewolf and a hitman, strangers to lovers speedrun, friends with benefits, sex as a form of character exploration, the monster narrative, being brave enough to leave a bad situation, control, morally grey lesbians, hurt/comfort, angst with a happy ending, tattooed and scarred jamie, dani as an unstoppable force after breaking up with eddie and moving to london to find herself aka get her back blown out

Gilear is the one who accidentally stabs Goldenhoard with a real knife after being told it would be a fake. He is. Distraught.

Why not just go HAM and have all three of them. If just because I find the idea of Fabian and Fig getting overly invested in A romantic relationship between the suspects that they themselves have completely made up hilarious. Meanwhile Riz is in the middle like, “A man is dead can we please stay on task”

AU timeline being slightly different, this could happen right after ‘Yes or No’ and it’s actually just how they get him back to hell.

Arthur Aguefort is happy to keep from wasting a perfectly good dead body for the sake of a humerous gag. 

consider: the game changer brennan npc is goldenhoard

this is an Excellent proposition. goldenhoard Would be suitably tortured by

1. high school students- specifically gorgug and kristen. he would be especially infuriated to lose to these two. and they would make themselves Particularly Obnoxious.

2. other people winning/getting treasure when he is not

AND this is a brennan NPC that Would Absolutely throw the patented brennan lee mulligan game changer "get in the comments" meltdown. a love of the drama. sam reich is arthur aguefort.

my only concern is that this game has crowned a solesian king and queen. now, arthur aguefort would Absolutely do this for no discernable reason. perhaps a fun au where aguefort doesn't die and the bad kids are having a ball picking fun at the vice principal and accidentally set his evil machinations into motion. Alternatively, this is after goldenhoard has died. when he finds fitfull slumber, he dreams of this. OR goldenhoard, in full boat form, is participating in a goofy gameshow because fabian and friends are visiting his papa and he has to do whatever bill seacaster says. game changer theme starts playing. aguefort's been here the whole time.
