thinking face: he likes taking over at the most inopportune times, just to be a bother. in the middle of a level on a game ? he suddenly wants to take up the whole screen and chat with you (or be incredibly annoying Just For Funsies).

large orange diamond: in theory, yes, he knows all sorts of medical stuff. but since he is stuck in a phone (being a virus guy) he cant really help in emergencies. basic first aid instructions is all he can give, if he would even give advice.

video game controller: his main hobbies (and favorite activities) are bugging you, stealing your games while youre playing (he can take control of the screen and use it if he wants), and generally being a nuisance :3c
