How it started:
How it's going:
Here's the spice blend I'm using:
Long pepper, tailed pepper, black pepper, Sichuan pepper (green), Sichuan pepper (red), grains of paradise, & brown mustard seeds.
And the pre-powdered spices are cinnamon, nutmeg, galangal, and paprika.
Later on I'll add Vegemite & Worcestershire sauce & chicken stock.
