She’s based on Humanz by Gorillaz - also she’s basically a hot mess, “a party for the end of the world”  featuring too many invited artists

Yeah, Andromeda doesn’t know when her life took a wrong turn. To escape constant loneliness she’s spent time partying without thinking of tomorrow. Endless barz and nightclubz have become her second home. No responsibility, no goals, no future. Andy knew one day this lifestyle would be the end of her and she was right.

After a quiet but painful for Andromeda break up by chance she met her ex at the biggest party of the year. She decided to mess with them by flirting and eventually hooking up with a random guy. However the situation went out of control with the throat of Andromeda’s partner being slit. Andy, a last person to see them alive was the first suspect and she had to run… with the spirit of her deceased hook-up in her head. She doesn’t know what exactly happened that night.

It’s also unclear whose idea it was to enter the BC to hide from the police… Could it be that the Ghost in her mind knew what is to happen and decided to avenge their death?

Redwood “Red” Grace for @harmoniouspixels’s Groot MMBC

Red has recently turned 22. Ever since she graduated, she’s worked in a local library, but she spent every moment of her free time wishing to become a famous songwriter. She believes she’ll be the lucky one and her dream to write for the most popular singers in the world will come true one day.

Red has always been the kind of girl to give the relationship everything, even if she knew they were trouble. She did not fear anything, no matter how treacherous things might have seemed. Her most recent breakup hurt her more than anything else. She tried to make it work, but after what he had done to her the last time, she’s sure they are never ever getting back together. For a while, Red often had dreams about giving him another chance. He begged her to stay, stay, stay, and she almost did. That was the moment she knew she had to do something to move on. She’s ready to begin again - why not try something new and enter a BC? Surely nothing sad beautiful tragic will happen, right?

If it wasn’t obvious enough already, Red was based on the album Red by Taylor Swift. I picked this one because I’ve recently rediscovered my love for it. Yeah, I’ve tried to use song titles in her little bio. Did you cringe? I can’t blame you.

Mirabelle may act a bitch, but don’t let her fool you. At the tender age of 23, she’s FINALLY coming into her own, the result of escaping a years-long abusive relationship six months prior to applying for Froot BC. Since leaving, she’s been catching up on the teenhood her homophobic parents didn’t let her have and the young adulthood her ex didn’t let her have, and is a bit of a loose cannon, but she’s finally happy, for what might be the first time in ten years. Still, she misses the touch of another woman, and she sure as hell doesn’t like being alone - what better way to solve that than apply for a BC?

Tips for writing her: uhhhh good luck? I’m so sorry Jack, I don’t know why my contestants to you are always the ones I have the least grasp of. Some notes are: she’s brash but not mean by any stretch, she’s mostly the way she is because she’s afraid of showing her true feelings, most of which are soft. She’s scared of getting hurt again but is diving headfirst into things in the hopes that no one else can pick up on it. She’s also applying for fairly selfish reasons; she’s never been alone and she doesn’t know how to. It’s not a healthy thing, that’s for sure. (Oh, and she’s based off of Hayley Kiyoko’s Expectations. The original concept drifted quite a bit - sorry - but she is.)
