if i were to do an actual ace attorney au id do it like this:

-phoenix wright=green. there was no other option in my eyes

-i could go either way on edgeworth: either richard or takeover. richard because he was created to be greens rival and it feels right to have him continue that role, and aa1 miles and bratworth are both very very richard melchor coded. takeover because i feel like the character development and the little quirks that edgeworth have suit her to a degree. whichever one isn't edgeworth is franziska von karma

-minty and tea get to be maya and mia. this way turnabout sisters gets to stay the exact same. my qualifications for being maya include i also love burgers children's tv shows and making fun of people. maybe matthew brooks can be pearl?

-mochi as gumshoe....... just in my soul this feels correct. perhaps a slightly less oafish version of gumshoe, but nonetheless gumshoe. i love gumshoe. if not gumshoe they're lana skye

-beta is ema i think... because the designs are similar vibes...

-larry is a really important character but his vibes are so unique that absolutely no one matches them. i think he should just stay as larry like the only human in a cast of muppets
