After I realised that the research I had done before was like a homework assignment and didn't show my personal thoughts and the combination of material testing. I needed to research more deeply to understand frnacis bacon. so I found a video interview about him online. After I watched it, I realised that he is an expression of self-loathing, disgusted with life, but he also aspires to light and happiness. It shows the damage done to him by zheng zha and misunderstanding. It made me feel something.

Frnacis seemed stunned for a moment. Perhaps he truly expected a rejection, after all, Sakura didn't seem like one to want attention, & sadly attention followed this prince everywhere. But finally he smiled.

"Merci beaucoup princesse." The Dauphin thanked, with a slight bow of his head. "I know not of the performances from your lands, but I hope you will find in enjoyment in ours... & perhaps you can tell me what your naive ones are like." He beamed. "I shall see you tonight then?"

An opportunity to speak of his home was always welcome, though it would come with quite a few eyes on him. The Dauphin was correct. Sakura did not like the attention at his own court much less the disdainful gazes of the Golden Court, but he decided that the man's smile was worth the discomfort. Francis always had to be careful when he wanted to do anything that involved biting. Normally he'd refrain from such things. The team was always too high. But right now he was in a playful mood. A mood far too rare for him. "Hmm, not my favourite. How about, tyere are darknesses in life and there are lights, and you are one of the lights, the light of all lights." Francis purred. He leant in again to place another playful nip to the skin. This time letting his fangs gently drag across the skin. Hoping for some sort of reaction. Any reaction was what he wanted. His lips had curved into a smile as he was kept in position, he could easily stay in this position for a while. "I vant to drink your blood." Frnacis teased, before bursting out laughing from his bad impression of a film vampire. "And attention. Blood and attention. Feeling a very needy vampire for attention. Shame I can't feed on attention."

“Your age is showing…” he laughed again but much softer, a hum at the feel of the sharp points of fangs against his skin, trusting the other and knowing him well enough to still know he wouldn’t break skin without permission. Vampires were always a type he was uncertain of, Elijah was mortal, human, he was aware there were different types but he knew vampires were powerful and some had abilities to mess with the mind. Yet here he was with Francis - trust that he found extremely hard to place in anyone and anything he was proving here and now. The terrible but iconic line had Elijah laugh again, a full smile sticking as Francis did say what he was after, “Hm I think I’d prefer you feed off blood, I would have to quit my job to keep you feed otherwise.” He did drop both hands though and turned around in the others arms, hands at the side of his neck, “You have my attention now, love.” Smile still soft, a genuine good mood seemed to drowning him and it wasn’t anything he wanted to resurface from anytime soon, “Did you have something in mind or should I find something for us to do?” Thumbs stroking the others cheekbone as he cradled his face in his hands keeping him looking up at him.
