Freshty: How do you get a job as animators for your projects? Do you look for works they've done or the animators look for you?

homestuckteam: We find a lot of the artists we work with through the fandom, and all of us on the team are fans ourselves. We'll directly approach artists we feel would be a good fit for particular projects.

Ubertheman: First off, thank you for reaching out to the fandom by creating this account. I think a lot of people in the fandom appreciate this action, I myself included. For the questions, while I don't have much, I will keep it brief.

1. What kind of interaction are you expecting, or planning regarding this account? Will it be just answering inquires from fans, or something much more thorough like engaging with various Homestuck related Fanworks? 2. Will we be able to learn information regarding current and future Homestuck projects from this account, somewhat similar to the update logs from homestuck.com? 3. Will there be significant non-story-related changes depending on fans requests/feedbacks? 4. How frequently will the fans be able to engage with the Homestuck Team Members? Again, I thank you all for this effort and very much appreciate it.

1. We'll mostly be using this account to answer questions, but it will provide us an easier way to talk with the community in general as well. 2. More formal updates and announcements will still come from @homestuck. 3. We'll take fan input into consideration on certain non-story issues, but ultimately any changes we make will be based on what we think is best for the projects. 4. We'll have this account open indefinitely and check out questions as they come in, but because of the volume of questions received we're limited in what we can respond to. And because we are putting together our answers to your questions as a team with a thorough review process, it may take some time for us to reply, especially when the topics are more complicated to answer.

homestuckteam: According to our internal documents Joey was born January 11, 1980, so she is a little bit over one year younger than Elwurd (14 and 16). Bronya is about a year and a half older than Elwurd (so 17). Lanque is a little over half a year older than Bronya (so 18). Marsti is 18.
