I usually don't care much for the forgone conclusion of any ship being marriage, because truly I don't think a lot of characters care that much about having their relationship legally recognized by a government body or for the specific labels of "husband" "wife" "spouse" etc. However. I heartily stand by Sam and Max being married specifically because it forces a governing body to legally acknowledge those freaks
