It's been a thousand years but I gave my dinaurian guy a redesign

Fun fact: He doesn't understand human language very well yet so the name he gave to his vivosaurs are basic things he can refer to them as.

Papygon is "Flap" because that it the motion for wing flapping. Venator is "Dune" because he found it in Dusty Dunes and the bumps it has reminds him of them too. Carchar is "Miroar" because Khizo thinks it looks like him thus the mirror (written Miroar because that's how it sounds in french but wrote with "roar" for the dino sound.)

Kept forgetting to post this here even though I finished it weeks ago 😭

ANYWAYS tried to make a low poly character model in the style of the first Fossil Fighters game for @snufabelis and I think I did a pretty good job for a first attempt at anything other than a bust for 3D modeling :,)

I’m hoping to try doing at least one more model this Art Fight but it’s hard to say since I’m currently battling a sinus infection that’s making it kinda annoying to use my eyes.

So after YEARS of not having an updated reference for my sona (which I've wanted to do ever since the new Spinosaurus material was discovered) I'VE FINALLY DONE IT!!!

I love how in hindsight I not only went with an animal that was aquatic, but also got MORE AND MORE AQUATIC AS TIME WENT ON. And made it a Fire Type Vivosaur. So, naturally, why not go with liquid fire? Her flames are based on kerosene gel, think HTTYD Monstrous Nightmare! She builds it in the gular pouch, and spews it in a stream or spits out fireballs like Dimeteor!

The rest of her team consists of a Spino and a V-Raptor! I'd say they have gold fossils, but uh... y'know. They're just jacked by being in the proximity of Weird Guhnash Accident Dinaurian Who Happens To Be Dynal's Daughter I guess. Or having their fossils cleaned really well.

Some little self indulgent dinaurian adopts I’ve done based on slime rancher biomes because I’ve been itching to replay slime rancher

The dry reef (pink) one has been claimed, but the moss blanket one is up for offers (mostly on my toyhouse but I’ll take em here as well)

I do have plans to do the rest of the biomes (indigo quarry, ancient ruins, and glass desert) but I want to work on a comic page first

WOE! STAND-INS BE UPON YE!

With the Very Best Vivosaur Bracket coming to an end and my birthday being today, I thought I’d spoil you all with the fictional stand-ins for the blog ownership! There’s only one of me, but there is two of them because I couldn’t decide between a Dinaurian or a Canine stand-in, so both is good.

Appitta and Muffin are two besties at Pangea Park, a newer site for fossil fighters to dig and compete. Appi is there as a lab assistant and mostly admires vivosaurs from afar, basing their interests through an artistic lens and in the biology of their original species while Muffin pursues actual fossil fighting activities!
