I can't help but think about how Massai would've been more fitting for the Vibin' season and Malik for this season.

C3S3 would've been the perfect (and originally planned) season to add skateboards/a skating mechanic and Massai would've fit the theme so much better with his skateboards instead of popping up now.

Sure, maybe they came up with the design after C3S3 or just hadn't polished the design/model for it, but with the amount of skateboard feel of it, it would've been more fun to shove it in especially with the rumours that were going about of skating and how "OMG THEY'RE GONNA ADD SKATEBOARDS!" only to leave us disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised and find it more funny.

Honestly, only the Ageless fits the sort of "medieval" theme of this season. (The theme is more of a mix of realities, but with the map being so old-looking & 'medieval' you can also call it that.)

Random, but I think It'd be interesting that since this is the first map in years we haven't had an 'original Chapter 1 POI' you could really consider it a brand new start, so it would be interesting if it follows a similar theme that the Chapter 1 seasons had, like history is repeating itself. (or looping 😱)

Malik would've fit this season better, and Evie and Massai being Vibin' homies would've made more sense.

Genuinely I don't care about whether skins fit the battle pass or not, but I just think it's neat and more interesting when they do and it gives them brownie points from me.

I love the skins this season, as I say every season... despite how "generic" many (reddit cough cough) are calling Selene, Dusty, and Helsie. Everyone has their opinion, but I really don't think they look too "samey" or "generic." Selene is my favourite this season, though I mostly use her with the Moonglow style because I'm more of a fan of masked/unusual characters.

And although the skins have been feeling strangely lackluster lately, they still all feel unique in their own way - That's just how I feel.

I know Malik and Massai could've just been swapped and added earlier for the fact that Malik's shield/backbling was the foreshadowing for the appearance of the chrome, and otherwise, there weren't too many clues about the upcoming season of Paradise.

But I guess also you could just blame Malki and Massai swapping seasons on the Zero Point being funky. Because that's what epic does anyway. When in doubt or need to retcon something, just go; "Uh, it was the Zero Point!" and everyone will immediately go "OH, that makes SO much sense! 🤯"

Wholesome Geno & Stellan mini fic

Geno arrives home one day, stressed and overworked. He makes the room and locks himself in, refusing to let anyone in; including Stellan. Stellan is slightly confused by Genos actions, because the Geno he knows is very mature at addressing his feelings and being upfront with what he is currently feeling in the moment; it's a unusual behavior for him to keep to himself and to lock Stellan out.

Geno walks to the spare closet in their room and pulls out some of their winter blankets, the big, warm and fuzzy ones. He just want to be shut out from the world at this moment, so he grabs his pile of fuzzy materials and lays down under the bed. Geno carefully fluffs up some pillows and lays down underneath it all. He feels oddly comforted and warm, the silent isolation is just what he needs in this moment. The cools hardwood floor keeps him cool, while the heat from his body against the pillows keep him nice and warm, the perfect temperature. It would only take a couple of minutes before the man quickly finds himself sound asleep.

Time fly's by as Geno is asleep, and by the time he wakes up, he finds himself way too warm from his own body heat. THUD!

Geno accidently bonks his head on the bed, alerting Stellan that his husband is now awake. He silently watches as Geno crawls out from beneath the bed, shaking off any remaining dust that was left on him. He looks both ways, checking out the surroundings of his environment, not noticing that Stellan was already present in the room.

Guilt fills Genos chest as his mind catches him up on what he has missed, that was immature of me, where is Stellan, did I lock him out? oh no. Before Geno could rush to the bedroom door to help unlock it, he is interrupted by a calm yet silent voice coming from the corner of the room.

"Good Evening sleepy head."

"?!" Geno is caught off guard.

In the corner of the room, Stellan can be seen sitting on a sofa, reading a book with one hand. He gently places the book down and takes off his reading glasses, all before standing up and making his way towards Geno. Genos heart sinks, filling with the guilt he holds. He too makes his way towards his partner, walking in slow yet long strides. eventually when they come face to face, Geno immediately begins to apologize, before he even has the chance or opportunity to explain himself, he is silenced by his husband with a kiss.

Geno feels any tension in his body come to a sudden stop, he melts into the kiss himself and holds Stellan softly, sighing as he plays with Stellans hair. When they pull away, Geno attempts to speak again, all before Stellan shushes him again once more and speaks.

"it's okay Geno, it's alright-"

"but I didn't mean to make you worried, or rather, I want to apologize for being so immature and not telling you what was bothering me in the first place-"

"it's okay Geno, It's okay my love. I know you well enough to notice that something must have been bothering you, and I know you well enough to know that your anger isn't directed at me. because I trust you well enough to know that if you did have any problems with me, that you would have brought them to me to discuss with as adults."

"but what about the bedroom door? how did you get in?!"

"We have a 2nd entrance, through the bathroom door... remember?"

Geno looks to the side of Stellan, then looks towards the bathroom door, remembering that the bathroom did in fact, contain separate entrances oddly enough, then after a moment he looks back at him.

"oh- wait wait, just how long were you waiting for me?"

"ah, I thought you'd ask that. well, after you ran to the room, I decided that it was probably best to give you some time and space, seeing as in the moment, you very much needed it." Geno nods along as Stellan explains, as he is talking, they both make their ways towards the sofa in the corner of the room and sit down, continuing their discussion.

"Eventually, after a hour or two, I had made my way to the bedroom door, at first I attempted to knock and ask if you were okay or feeling better, but then I shortly noticed that you had in fact- locked the door." Stellan smiles softly as Geno sits there in silent embarrassment and shame, but that is quickly put to a stop as Stellan continues his explanation.

"That's when I decided to try and see if you had locked the bathroom door, thankfully, you forgot we even had a second entrance. I looked around the room trying to find you for a moment, but that's when I discovered you lying on the floor... under the bed."

Geno feels his chest tighten with embarrassment as he recalls his earlier actions, he feels warm to the touch.

"At first I was debating on waking you up, so I leaned down and watched you sleep for a moment. I may or may not have pet you as well, since you did in fact, look very peaceful and cute. Eventually I came to the conclusion that it was better to just let you sleep there for a bit, so I cooked us dinner, brought it here and had just begun to read a book."

"hold up- you had enough time to cook AND read a book? just how long was I out for?" Geno looks confused and slightly shocked.

"You were out for like around, hmm, let's say- 4 hours?"

"4 Hours?!"

"Yup, I didn't want to disturb you though, after all, you looked so adorable covered in all those blankets and pillows" Stellan smiles softly as Geno looks away, feeling very flustered.

"Oh come on baby, Geno... look at me-" Stellan uses his hand to guide Genos face to look at his.

"it's alright Darling, I know that you were just frustrated with your work situation and not at me, besides, when I came in the room and seen you all cuddled up on the floor, it just made me want to take care of you like my own personal little princess.".

Geno feels his heart slightly flutter, although there was still a slight sense of guilt lingering in his chest.

"Now, come on hun, let's get up and go eat, okay? Then afterwards I can help you remake the bed- but no, you're gonna be the one who's going to fold up those extra blankets and pillows that you've pulled out from the closet." "Darn. Haha, okay then, fair point fair point."

" ... "

" Thank you Stellan."

"It's no problem my Darling, I'm just taking care of my beloved love." Genos face flushes red with embarrassment. "Besides-" Stellan leans in towards Geno and whispers into his ear.

"I plan on making you beg for forgiveness later tonight."

Is this was it feels like to fall from your prime? Are the feelings always so dramatic or am I?

Fortnite is arguably my favorite game that I actively play (I say this because RDR2 is my favorite but I dont play a lot). I've spent an embarrassing about of hours and money on this free game. Now I'm considered a new Gen, playing from C4S1 till now. And I peaked OG-C5S2. but now I fucking suck.

I tried to make excuses, oh I'm just tired, I'm depressed, my consol is slow, I'm bored of the game, and yet it's not any of those. I'm just bad. It's not that I've failed to adapt I'm to bad to even adapt. It's kind of crushing when I can feel myself getting worse at a game I've spent so much time on. I played with 500ping in the Midas tournament and still dominated, now I can't even break top 20 in fucking unranked no builds.

the way fortnite stopped doing narrated battle pass/season gameplay trailers right as imagined and origin were introduced.. imagine a proper c3s2 bp trailer with imagined or origin narrating, a c3s4 gameplay trailer with herald narrating, a c4s1 gameplay trailer with ageless narrating but NOOOO

The Break the Curse! Quests start at the Grade 4 level of Jujutsu High standards, and will progress up to the Special Grade level! Each grade level’s Quests will go live sequentially and be available until August 25 at 2 AM ET.

The upcoming 'Galaxy Crossfade' outfit received a non-galaxified style in the new update as well.

The 'Gold Blooded Ace' outfit and cosmetics (from the free C4S1 minipass) received shop assets. Might it be coming to the item shop too? (Fun fact: I use the 'Cold Blooded Style' wrap in my main locker.)

As per @ShiinaBR the upcoming #FNCS Renegade and set will leave the Item Shop on August 21st. They will likely release around August 16th.

The character outfit 'Zuri' received a new denim style in the latest update.
