I’m a lesbian and a Catholic which means the only man I’ll ever marry is Jesus Christ the Son of God Bridegroom to the Church and I eat his literal flesh and drink his actual blood every week through the transubstantiated Eucharist in remembrance of when he was here on earth and looking forward to when he will come back
“You just need the right man” I found him. It’s Jesus. We’re one flesh now. Yeah he died for my sins and in doing so united me to the creator God Almighty. He was dressed up for the occasion and everything. He kissed me on the forehead and led me to my girlfriend and said go love her as I loved you be happy. My husband is seated at the right hand of God from which he will come to judge the living and the dead if you care. Yeah I tried to pray the gay away but he cupped my face in his hands and said “there is nothing about you that needs to be fixed. You are holy as I am holy.” He had me nail my internalized homophobia to the cross and he carried it for me. The Holy Spirit gave me the rizz to flirt with my girlfriend when we met well enough that she fell in love with me and when we get married and she’s my wife I’m going to thank my husband Jesus Christ.

Daily reminder that Jesus would have flipped a majority of Republican politicians tables!! Making profit off of God and the word of God is exactly what the merchants did to get their table flipped.

We turn to you for protection,
Holy Mother of God.
Listen to our prayers
and help us in our needs.
Save us from every danger,
glorious and blessed Virgin. 🙏🩷
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
This prayer is called Sub Tuum Praesidium in Latin and is an ancient prayer to the Blessed Mother. It is the oldest known prayer to Our Lady.

Are you ever just going about your day when it really hits you like God, as in THE ONLY God sent Its son to Earth?! God literally walked the Earth??!! Not only that, He came to SAVE US? He gave His life for our salvation!? GOD WALKED THE EARTH. He BLED and DIED for US?!!!?!!?!! AND He continues to give His Body and Blood for our salvation every day all around the world? It just hits me sometimes how incredibly awesome and literally amazing it is. How blessed are we!!!
I think it’s easy for it to become mundane when it’s one’s everyday life and routine but sometimes it really hits me, like, wow, that actually happened, holy shit (pun intended). I’m so grateful to get to experience this awe.

Since petitioning Archangel St. Michael, I've noticed a huge difference in how vulnerable I feel to spiritual and mental attack. Whenever I invoke the Archangel, I feel as if I'm wearing his armour and when I pray the rosary, the beads become his sword. I don't fear scary or dark thoughts and feelings as much as I used to. And this is only after praying for his intercession deliberately and consistently for almost a week. St. Michael is swift to act.
If ever you feel as if you are under any kind of attack, I beg you to pray for St. Michael's intercession. His protection and strength is very real.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

A Mini Rant on The Catholic Pentagram
The pentagram much like myself walks two paths. One holy, and one infernal. It is not just a symbol of wicca, witches, satan, or the elements, but one of heaven.
Tumblr media
Amien's Cathedral is popular for its inversed pentagram. In old [folk] catholicism the inverse pentagram represented the holy spirit coming down upon christians. It was seen as ethereal fire and the spirit of god himself. Today many folk catholics make this sign over things to bless them as well as the sign of the cross. Just as the crucifix was on many home altars, the inversed pentagram was too! Do not let the New-Agers and wiccan-lites ruin this symbol for you.
The pentagram as stated earlier was used to represent the five elements in occultism. However there was a time it represented the five wounds of christ. (image from @daught3rsofcain)
Tumblr media
Along with the five wounds, it was believed to be a symbol of the five senses of man. Smell, taste, touch, sight, and hearing. to place the pentagram at the foot of the cross was representative of god giving us life and of god becoming flesh.
As a folk catholic, I enjoy these older mystical ideas of this symbol. but as a trad witch, I enjoy the satanic aspects of the pentagram too. why cant I have both? In my tradition Jesus and The Devil are treated as yin and yang. As Gemini. As Apollo and Artemis. Both have a place at my altar.
As the inverse pentagram represents divinity it is also the devils horns stirring the heavens.
Tumblr media
You can have both. Because they both exist.
rant over.

Listen there’s just something about experiencing the raw desperation of queer yearning to a point where experiencing it (and in turn getting to fulfill and express it) become akin to worship and devotion yknow when Hozier said “I should’ve worshipped her sooner, if the heavens ever did speak she’s the last true mouthpiece” and when Farouq Guwaidah said “but if the devil were to see you, he would kiss your eyes and repent” and when Emily Dickinson said “I would nestle close to your warm heart — is there any room there for me, or shall I wander away all homeless and alone?” and

I am all but disappointed, repulsed, and frustrated with the path our nation is heading towards.
The power-centered, unchecked, dictatorship.
A God-less yet God-named nation.
When the Bible speaks of taking the Lord's name in vain, it means to justify these God forsaken actions in Christ's name. In God's name.
I hope that those who find their medium in magic, writing, music, spirituality, and more can continue these practices.
Not only to help themselves, to free and see past the lies they'll feed us, but to help your people and communities see it too.
Write your stories.
Make your spells.
Create that song.
And read these if you ever feel down: John 10:10-11, Matthew 6:24-25, Mark 11:24-25
