Yoo those full-face sunglasses look awesome, I'm interested in getting a pair after seeing that post but I gotta ask- how does breathing work? Does it not fog up the inside/get uncomfortably hot in there?
The one I got claimed that it was fogproof which was not.... Entirely true. Generally it didn't fog up TOO bad but The problem with buying cheap shit on Amazon is that you kind of get a mixed bag sometimes? Like some of them are going to be good and some of them are going to be just fucking awful and sometimes you have to just buy more than one and hope you don't get a lemon.
It is a little warm in there NGL I stuck to it during the school year so from fall through spring so I didn't have it on during the hottest part of the year— The actual worst part of the heat for me was the fact that I Was wearing it for migraine coverage so I put a beanie on over it? And the beanie was way hotter than the mask itself got. The mask itself actually helps I think because your face isn't in full sun It's in the shade and it's reflective in a way that isn't exactly Absorbing Heat.
#Hope this is helpful#It is by no means a perfect fashion accessory It was kind of a pain and the nose piece is a little bit cheap but you get what you pay for#And I paid $8

How to Choose the Perfect Spotting Scope for Your Hunting Adventures
When it comes to enhancing your hunting experience, a spotting scope can be a game-changing tool. These powerful optical devices allow you to observe distant targets with clarity, making it easier to track game, assess terrain, and scout for potential hazards. However, selecting the right spotting scope can be a daunting task, considering the variety of options available. To ensure you make the best choice, follow these five key points:
1. Magnification and Objective Lens Diameter:
Spotting scopes are often identified by two numbers, such as 15-45x60. The first number, in this case, 15-45, represents the magnification range. Consider your specific hunting needs when choosing the magnification. Higher magnification is excellent for long-range spotting but may result in a narrower field of view. The second number, 60 in this case, is the objective lens diameter, which impacts the amount of light the scope can gather. A larger objective lens diameter allows for better low-light performance.
2. Quality of Optics:
The quality of the optics is a crucial factor in selecting the right spotting scope. Look for scopes with fully multi-coated lenses, as these coatings improve light transmission and reduce glare. High-quality glass and precision craftsmanship result in sharper and clearer images. It's worth investing in a spotting scope with superior optics to ensure your hunting adventures are productive and enjoyable.
3. Durability and Weather Resistance:
Hunting often involves exposure to various weather conditions. Ensure your spotting scope is rugged and weather-resistant to withstand rain, snow, dust, and rough handling. Look for scopes with waterproof and fogproof features to prevent internal fogging and moisture damage. A rubberized or armored body can also provide added protection and durability.
4. Size and Weight:
Consider the portability of your spotting scope, especially if you plan to carry it over long distances. Smaller, lightweight models are ideal for hunters on the move, while larger scopes may require a tripod or other stabilizing equipment. Strike a balance between size and performance to meet your specific hunting needs.
5. Accessories and Additional Features:
Many spotting scopes come with various accessories and features that can enhance your hunting experience. Look for scopes that include a tripod or mounting options. Some scopes have angled eyepieces for comfortable viewing at different angles, while others have interchangeable eyepieces to customize your viewing experience. Additionally, features like image stabilization or built-in rangefinders can be beneficial, depending on your hunting style.
In conclusion, choosing the perfect spotting scope for hunting adventures requires careful consideration of magnification, optics quality, durability, size, and accessories. By assessing your specific needs and preferences in these areas, you can make an informed decision and enjoy a more successful and rewarding hunting experience.

The 12x25 Compact Binocular Review
Though some reviews regarding compact binoculars make questionable claims about them online, these models should still be given serious consideration if lightweight grab-and-go binoculars are necessary.
As their small lens diameter does not allow for an increased exit pupil, these lenses are not recommended for use during the night or twilight observations.
Optical Performance
Ocular lenses and prism are fully multi-coated to absorb as much light as possible for brighter images, further improving optical performance. Porro prisms rather than roof prisms also aid this compact binocular's optical performance.
Even so, they still feature an extremely small exit pupil of 2.1mm at 12x25 magnification; therefore they should not be used in environments with very low light conditions.
These pocket binoculars also exhibit some noticeable chromatic aberration at contrasted edges, though this is a fairly typical issue with pocket binoculars - especially ones designed to be lightweight and compact. Most users will likely not consider it an issue, however; the rubber eyecups can even be adjusted downward to better accommodate glasses-wearers if you plan on occasionally using these binoculars.
Waterproof
Bijia binoculars offer an affordable alternative for beginners or casual observers looking to observe wildlife, nature, and scenery at leisure. Unfortunately, they're not suitable for use in low light conditions due to not featuring large exit pupils like more expensive binoculars; thus limiting their night vision abilities.
Combat Binoculars offer adjustable eye relief to allow wearers of glasses to see the entire field of view, with short eyepieces that can be reduced by rolling down rubber eyecups. Furthermore, it is important to check which type of prisms are being used; either crown glass or BaK4 prisms tend to offer higher optical performance than lower-quality models.
These packages include a soft case that protects the instrument from impact damage. This case features a padded sleeve to cushion any knocks and an easy access velcro fastened flap with belt loop, plus a cleaning cloth and neck strap - for your peace of mind.
Fogproof
The Bushnell Diamondback binoculars are an excellent option for anyone who desires a rugged yet lightweight pair of binoculars that can withstand all weather conditions. Equipped with their signature focusing system - simple yet effective at not freezing up under low temperature conditions - it makes these ideal for hunting, birding, astronomy and many other outdoor activities.
The lenses are filled with nitrogen gas to prevent them from fogging up, while an anti-reflective coating helps improve light transmission and clarity. Rubber eyecups can be adjusted either down or twisted down to shorten for those wearing glasses, and the field of view spec is an essential factor when purchasing binoculars.
Magnification and lens size make this binocular suitable for most situations; however, its small exit pupil might be problematic in low light situations where natural hand tremors or breathing may blur images; 10x magnification may be more suitable in these instances.
Comfortable
Compact binoculars distinguish themselves by their diminutive size and lightweight; this can be accomplished by using smaller front lenses (the second number in their name). Being lightweight also enables easier usage when out and about and in spaces where larger instruments would not be feasible or suitable.
As part of your backpacking travel adventure or when hiking, canoeing, attending sporting events and visiting museums/galleries/art exhibits where a large pair of binoculars would prove cumbersome and cumbersome, it can be wise to carry compact binoculars that will not add unnecessary bulk.
These compact binoculars feature adjustable eyecups to provide optimal viewing comfort for people wearing glasses, while their large eye relief and rising eye cups also enable those without glasses to get closer views of the lens. Plus, these comfortable compacts boast soft rubber-coated texture grips on their durable plastic chassis for an easy holding experience.

Thess vs the Mask/Glasses Issue
One of the things I’ve noticed about the so-called Karens (I get why, and it’s a good enough term, but it doesn’t resonate with me, I dunno why) is that when they’re yelling about not wearing masks ... none of the ones I’ve seen wear glasses.
TRY WEARING A MASK WITH GLASSES, YOU ASSHOLES.
My glasses - my brand new, barely-had-em-a-month glasses - have a chip at the top of the lens now. Know why? Because when trying to take off my mask to have a drink (standing alone at a bus stop, in case you were curious), they got caught on the mask and came off and fell, from standing height, onto the nearby road. It’s a small chip and I can live with it but seriously, this is the kind of bitch wearing glasses and a mask is.
Why did the mask get caught on the glasses, you ask? Well, part of it’s accidental tangling of the ear straps in the arms of the glasses, but mostly? It’s positioning of glasses on nose and mask for anti-fogging measures. Because know how I know masks work? All that air you’re concerned about being trapped breathing, you idiotic anti-maskers? It blows up. Into the glasses. Which fog. Unless you balance your mask right up close to your eyes and settle your glasses over them, you end up generally being unable to see because your glasses are way too fogged up by your own breath to see. And if you try to take your mask off at, say, quarter past six in the morning when you’re tired and grumpy and just want to put some caffeine into your system before your bus turns up, you might forget that your glasses are pinning your mask to your face and when mask comes off, if you haven’t been sufficiently careful, so do the glasses.
That fogproofing glasses position, by the way? Doesn’t really work with varifocals. Which I wear. I also wear really delicate frames, because that’s what suits my face best. I have to lower my glasses to pin my mask to my nose, particularly outside in cold weather, or else I have the top of my mask banging into my eyes. (The top of my mask is already close enough to tangle in my eyelashes and dry out my eyes, by the way.) And that means that the entire bottom lens section of my glasses - the part I need to see close up - is impossible to look through. So I can just about see traffic signs, from a distance, but any fine work is an impossibility. When you spend three hours plus on a bus every weekday because work, that reduces your commute entertainment options something fierce, I’ll just say that right now.
And some of these people have the fucking gall to bitch about the masks not being comfortable? TRY LIVING MY LIFE.
But I wear my mask. I wear my mask whenever I’m out. I’ll take it off to eat things, drink things, etc, and sometimes I won’t wear it on the walk home if the street’s clear, but that’s after being trapped in it for twelve hours and all of that is only when I know I’m not gonna breathe on anybody. Half the time, I can’t fucking see. I dropped my glasses because of the mask-plus-glasses issue and now they’re damaged. Don’t even get me started on headphone cords getting tangled up in the whole mess or trying to rearrange mask under a coat hood. But I still wear the mask, without too much in the way of bitching.
Why?
BECAUSE I DON’T WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO DIE.
For fuck’s sake, if I didn’t wear glasses, I wouldn’t give two shits about wearing a mask. The only frustrations come because they’re not exactly conducive to managing what is effectively a disability (I cannot see without a medical device over my eyes, thus my eyesight is disabled, quod erat demonstrandum). If I can manage to keep from complaining? Not even mentioning the people with asthma, with autism and accompanying sensory issues that make masks a nightmare, with a variety of other issues that cause genuine medical distress in people? If we can wear a fucking mask or just stay home? SO CAN YOU.
Now sit down, shut up, and be grateful you don’t have worse problems.

Multitool
Leatherman’s Wave Multitool is one of the best on the market for the price. The Wave has 100% stainless steel blades and tools. It comes with needle nose pliers, regular pliers, wire cutters, hard-wire cutters, 420HC knife, 420HC serrated knife, saw, scissors, wood/metal file, diamond-coated file, large bit driver, small bit driver, medium screwdriver, 8-inch ruler, bottle opener, can opener, and a wire stripper. This one also comes with a nice Leather/Nylon combination sheath.

Paracord
425 lbs Paracord / Utility Rope for crafting, paracord bracelets, survival bracelets, tie downs, and camping. is a great all in one solution. Paracord is made up of 5 removable inner strands. The cord’s durable nylon sheath will perform in high tension wear and tear situations, even in harsh climates. Not only can you use the paracord as an extremely strong rope, but you can also take the strands out and use them for fishing, sewing, dental floss, nets, traps the possibilities are absolutely endless. Be careful though, some brands of paracord are poorly manufactured and can be missing strands making the rope weaker. Sometimes it can be made out of poor materials all together. I have had very good luck with SGT Knots products and plan to keep buying from them. Paracord is a wonderful addition to your survival pack.
SGT KNOTS ® Paracord 425 5 Strand
Small Folding Knife
A small knife for smaller tasks is needed. Sometimes you don’t want to pull out your massive Ka-Bar to do a small job (even though we all love our Ka-Bar’s). This knife is made from CPM-S30V stainless steel and has a back lock for safety (back locks are MUCH safer in my opinion than side locks which sometimes malfunction and don’t hold). I will choose Spyderco over Ka-Bar folding knifes any day. They both have their place and Spyderco holds it’s own with folding knives.
Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight Signature Folder Knife
Knife Sharpener
This knife sharpener is a great tactical and compact solution for sharpening your survival knives. The sharpener is made out of Diamond/Carbide. If you are chopping, skinning, or carving it will be extremely hard to with with a dull knife!
Sharpen your knife with Lansky QuadSharp QSHARP
Binoculars
These may not be quite as necessary as some other items listed here, however they definitely would be missed if they were not included in the bugout bag. Binoculars can be a wonderful protection tool. It is always nice to see what you may be walking into before you are already there. These binoculars are 100% waterproof and have a 12x magnification. It is hard to come by good waterproof binoculars, these are also a compact size to fit in your bag.
Bushnell H2O Waterproof/Fogproof Compact Roof Prism Binocular
Rain Gear
Staying warm and dry is crucial to survival. When the rain comes and you absolutely have to go out in it or have not prepared a shelter a poncho will be well worth having. This poncho is a one size fits all and has a fully tapped paratex dry shell. It also is designed to cover personal equipment and backpack, keeping your gear dry is very important as everything may not be 100% waterproof. Can be used as an emergency bivvi by design. For staying dry this Snugpak poncho is a great solution.
Snugpak Patrol Poncho
Extra Clothes
Extra clothes are very important for a survivalist. Try to find clothes made with good wicking material (synthetic fibers such as teflon or polyester) to help keep moisture out. Also keep them in a dry waterproof bag inside of your BOB in case your BOB gets wet unintentionally.
Conclusion
As with the basic bug out bag you do not need to buy ALL of these items at once, you can always reference back and get maybe a few items on this list every few weeks or months (whatever fits your budget). Most bugout bag’s are not built overnight, and shouldn’t be since it needs to be filled with survival gear that could potentially save your life in difficult situations so it’s always best to do your own research to ensure you get what fits your needs.
