This artwork is part of my last serius. It has as protagonist the deer, as an animal of polarities, on the one hand a sensitive, harmless and defenseless part. On the other, a wild, dark, bloody and strong part. As a vegetarian, the animals in my life have a specific importance. Death is also in me, a disturbing mystery, and it is in nature that I see it moving with complete naturalness, well worth the redundancy. With an expressionist character, I build the shape through brushstrokes, spots and color. This is almost always open, the bottom enters the figure and the figure in the background, just as life enters into death and death enters into life.

This work is part of my last series. The tricks in your head are a lie, Florencia Del Fabbro
This work is inspired by photos taken by hunters. My last series of works is inspired by deer and wild animals. I spend a lot of time looking at photos taken by photographers that go out to nature and among those photos I discovered the hunters that provoke in my mixed feelings. On the one hand I see in them an admiration for animals and nature, on the other I see them killing them. As a vegetarian, that shocks me but intrigues me. This series of paintings is based on these contradictions and is a way of expressing what I feel about the subject. On the other hand, my image appears in this series, and it is a way to get directly involv This work is inspired by photos taken by hunters.
