Her own na husband, which kind world we dey self?”. Just recently, Cuppy offered a heartfelt prayer to God, asking for a deeper connection with Him and wishing that her future husband would seek God before finding her. Since her broken engagement with British boxer Ryan Taylor, Cuppy has been actively searching for a partner, especially after turning 30. In May, after her baptism, Cuppy’s mother, Nana Otedola, prayed for her to find a suitable suitor. Cuppy shared a screenshot of their chat where her mother assured her that God would bless her with a man who seeks Him. Nana mentioned that now that Cuppy is becoming her best self and reconnecting with her faith, God would send her a worthy man. Also in May, while expressing her frustration over being single, Cuppy admitted that she often listed ‘Jesus’ as her emergency contact on forms. In another instance, she jokingly questioned God after receiving a marriage proposal email from an admirer. Taking her quest for a husband to new lengths, Cuppy even considered changing her preference in men, wondering if she should marry an Indian man. In August, Cuppy sent a message to her future partner, sharing a photo from Leicester Square in the UK. She advised any man entering her life not to try to change her, as she openly acknowledged her spoiled nature. It’s worth recalling that in November 2022, Cuppy got engaged to Ryan Taylor just a month after they met. Unfortunately, their engagement didn’t last, as they parted ways in 2023 for undisclosed reasons. Reflecting on the breakup, Cuppy described 2023 as the worst year of her life, regretting that she hadn’t turned down Ryan Taylor’s proposal.
