Many ppl find this ultimately relaxing & efficient use of their time. π

π»ππHowever...I do not! In fact, I'm annoyed! I never slow down, I never have time, I never take care of myself. Today, I had time to be pampered. I brought in a book (I hardly read) ready to relax, take my time & feel amazing. #highexpectations Instead, these two rushed, pushed & on a numerous occasions, I told them I was more uncomfortable, in a little pain or flat out not relaxed! The leg massage cldve been better... spent 3-5mins rubbing the same spot on my calf...now it's bruised. I pushed her hand away 2xs, finally said Quit rubbing that spot! The manicure was interesting. I'm sitting in the pedi chair, dude takes my keys, my book & my water away from me, placed a pillow on my lap & balanced the gel light on top, shoving my hand in & out of it. I'm human, if you spoke English btr, you cld just ask me. I don't like being treated like an object. Needless to say...I won't be back. Not just bc I live more than 2000miles away, but bc I really didn't like my experience. ππ©ππΏ Goodness. What wld make me happy? ππHmmm...as always for ppl to listen to me, to treat like I'm more than a service you are performing, pay attention to my body language, needs/reactions (if I'm wincing or pulling away...its be you're hurting me!) I deal with the public everyday, I'm extremely tuned into my clients facial expressions & body language. I hear what they are saying & I see how they are feeling. Which, is why, I don't think I'm asking too much. I am happy to have pretty feet & fingers even if the journey to get pretty was a pain in the arse! #beautyispainful #pretty #flirtyfit #toes #fingers #mani #pedi #alreadysmudged

Hey there #flirtyfit folks... Poor eating usually shows up in stomach pain & gassy discomfort a few days later...like today. I slept in this morning, this beastette got almost 8hrs of sleep (nearly unheard of!) Bulk: chest on the calendar today, only 30mins...perfecto! I had just enough time between clients to make this workout happen, get something to eat & run a cpl errands. ππ»ππ»ππππ Before my workout, how did I feel? well I fueled myself properly, with my #shakeology for bfast, Caesar salad for lunch & j had sushi for the rest of my fuel...I love the #sashimi the avocado w orange & aminos, yummy sweet creamy salty deliciousness. I also got plenty of sleep so I went to the gym, excited & pumped to get it done! The right workout makes all the difference...I kinda like Bulk: chest. I once hated the decline push-ups, now I kinda love them. I totally feel my abs & no longer feel like I'm going to break my face bc I was too weak. Lol. I hope to get on my toes next week! #goals I get asked all the time...Why do you workout? After the workout. I feel AMAZING! I feel strong. Today, I had the energy to do more, except I can't actually lift my arms. Lmao. Went heavy, yet sensible with my incline press. I pushed hard but I concentrated even more on the actual function of the move & how I cld engage the pecs even more. Yay, me! πͺπ»πͺπ»ππ Pretty sure I will sleep like a baby tonite!
