#Flight rising familiar

I have a lot of "unshared" art from when I was an artist for a Flight Rising familiars "petsite" that I thought deserved a proper post. These were my "painterly" bases: Capricat, Dodo, Fanrat, and Ampelope. (I switched to cel-shaded bases after these.) I have a lot of variations of these with different colors and mutations, and I think I will do a reblog with my favorite edit(s) of each base just for funsies.

Having fun doing fam recolors again because in my lore a bunch of colors of everything exists- made myself some Deadrose Cerdae, Metalurgist's Mares, VoltRunner Griffins, and Tactical Candy Basalts.

These recolored assets are Free to Use for all FR applications! they're just silly recolors of on-site familiars!

Good morning fr nation I had a dream that the newest update involved giving all familiars animated movements. Every single one EXCEPT for the humanoid ones were carefully animated, true to how the creature would most likely move irl. the humanoid familiars just rippled. And were significantly crunchier jpegs .

These were my "cel-shaded" bases for the Flight Rising familiar "petsite": Bumble, Slime, Bantam Fangar (+baby base), Elk (male/female/baby), Protobeast (+baby), Creeping Tendril, and Sparrowmouse. Like the "painterly" ones, these have literally hundreds of variations of color/pattern/mutations/clothing added... There isn't a practical way to share most of it. But here are the (mostly) canon/site-accurate ones! The Bantam Fangar I think was bred from the two canon colors (Golden/Smoky).

I completely forgot I had this familiar, waiting in the depths of storage, wallowing in obscurity, until now and I can say, with much confidence, this is one of my favorite familiars, and, one of the greatest.
